Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with the cloud eye mask. We’re sorry to hear it hasn’t been as comfortable for side sleeping as you’d hoped.

If you prefer a lighter feel, you may like to try one of our satin sleep masks — they’re super soft, lightweight, and designed for comfort without the additional padding.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower steamers. We understand how frustrating it must have been when they didn’t release the fragrance as expected, especially as one box was intended as a gift.

For best results, shower steamers should be placed on the floor of the shower but away from the direct water stream, in an enclosed shower space where steam can build up. This helps activate the fizz and allows the fragrance to circulate more effectively.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us understand how our products are being used and where we can improve.
