Regarding the delivery, we’ve looked into this and can see your order was placed on Friday 23rd May, shipped on 27th May (following the bank holiday weekend), and Royal Mail tracking confirms it was delivered on 29th May — well within our usual delivery timeframe. We’re sorry for any confusion around this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
