Luxury it isn't
This product is supposedly a luxury item. It is far from it. The box looks like it has faded, although I think that's the design, and it's nasty and cheap. There are significant dents where it has been put together. The product itself, which is sold on its ability to relax you in the shower with scents has no essential oils, as I was expecting, but only has "parfum" making the smell. The scent is weak and really synthetic. Disgusted and too embarrassed to give to my friend as intended.

Great eye mask
I was so impressed with my new contoured eye mask that I bought a second one. It did task me a bit of getting used to, but the black out ability of them is great - so is not squashing my eyelashes.

Best sleep masks I've known
I've been loving the smug product! Iâve been using the SMUG sleep mask, and itâs honestly so comfortable. It blocks out light really well without feeling heavy on my face. Iâve noticed I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested. Definitely a great find!

Great communication
Great communication, swift delivery, nice packaging. Unfortunately the size of the eye mask is too small compared to other blackout & lash-friendly masks I have used previously. I don't have fake lashes but I still didn't have room to blink, and the mask let in some light as it isn't large enough to fully seal around the edges. However, it is perfect for my 11 year old daughter so she is now using it and I will go back to my usual brand (which is a third of the price!)
I have updated this review after receiving amazing customer service from SMUG. They contacted me straight away and offered an alternative (larger) mask for me to try free of charge. They really went above and beyond and I will look forward to reviewing this item!

So bad. Stiff material. Cuts into my ears. Light comes through nose bridge, still completely squashed my eyelashes and the eye dents are so wide, couldnât wear it for the whole night. I have a cheap satin one, soft material, would rather that is pressing against my eyes any day. They also sent me completely the wrong design. Expecting a refund for shocking cheaply made stiff as a board âeye maskâ. The shoulder cooler/warmer is below par too.

looks lovely, but does not block all the light, it does not come far enough down the nose to completely block out the light.
No where near as good as the cheaper one I am using.
Waste of my money as it wont do what I needed it for.
Additional information for SMUG
The shaping of the mask around the nose should come forther down the nose, to ensure that, when you open your eyes with the mask on, you cannot see any light.
my other cheaper mask has a longer nose section and when you open your eyes with the mask on, it is still pitch black
