Ci dispiace molto leggere la sua esperienza e comprendiamo perfettamente quanto possa essere preoccupante vedere un addebito che non riconosce. Desideriamo però rassicurarla sul fatto che Slowdive non crea abbonamenti né addebita pagamenti senza il consenso dell’utente.

Nella maggior parte dei casi come questo, l'abbonamento è associato a un indirizzo e-mail diverso (ad esempio un account Apple, Google o un'altra e-mail utilizzata al momento dell'acquisto), motivo per cui può sembrare di non aver mai effettuato la registrazione. Per motivi di sicurezza, inoltre, non abbiamo accesso ai dati completi della sua carta.

È molto importante per noi verificare il suo caso. La invitiamo a inviarci i dettagli della transazione (data, importo e le ultime 4 cifre della carta, se possibile) tramite la chat dell'app o del sito web, oppure scrivendo a support@slowdive.app. In questo modo potremo individuare l'eventuale abbonamento e aiutarla a risolvere la situazione nel più breve tempo possibile.
