Capire o percepire che dei soldi siano stati prelevati senza consenso è estremamente stressante, soprattutto quando si cerca un’app per stare meglio e non per creare ulteriori problemi. Vogliamo però essere molto chiari e trasparenti: non effettuiamo mai addebiti non autorizzati e non abbiamo accesso diretto ai dati delle carte. Tutti gli importi addebitati sono legati a abbonamenti o programmi aggiuntivi (come Lucid Dreams o il programma Holotropic) che possono essere selezionati durante la registrazione o all’interno dell’app.
