First time purchasing and it won’t be the last! Very happy customer. The cheese bakes were incredible. Delivered when requested. Super service.

Very disappointed. Didn’t reply to emails or calls quickly: when they did they ignored the details I gave them that the courier would not deliver on time due to passing the parcel over late. They simply said it’s out of their hands and promised a refund. It was delivered 5 days late so naturally went in the bin and no refund. Chased them up and they said it was processed. Asked for proof of I would file a recharge and then miraculously it was processed that day. So upsetting. This was a present for an elderly gentleman and would have been his only Christmas present. Shame on them. I had to ASK for an apology. Dan who works there is nonchalant and needs training.

Wouldn’t bother with this company. Paid for nominated delivery 30th December. Was dispatched on time, and tracking actually updated on the day saying it was out for delivery. 9pm that day comes, nothing. Check tracking again and it’s updated to arriving 31st December due to a delay. Check again later that night- delayed again to the 2nd January. Shocking service, won’t use again. I know the time of year may hamper delivery firms abilities…. But what’s laughable is the 31st December was available to select as nominated day delivery. So why is my package delayed to the 2nd January. Now I’ve got a perishable product probably sat in some warehouse (not in the fridge as the company themselves recommend) that will if I’m lucky, arrive 4 days after the paid for delivery date, and 3 days after my mothers birthday.

Never ordered from this company before and never will again ordered Hamper on 15 th December to be delivered to friends, it was delivered to our home address, contents were bashed and damaged, so we had to repack then deliver to friends doing a 2 hour round trip, still no reply from SNOWDONIA CHEESE CO after sending numerous emails

Ordered a Christmas hamper on 2nd December for delivery on 22nd December. Had multiple messages from DHL - saying couldn’t deliver. Tried to contact them and Snowdonia Cheese multiple times over 3 days by email and phone - no response. It’s now 27th December still no hamper. Paid £101 for hamper and delivery. Frustrated, annoyed, spoiled Christmas - never again

I really wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. The delivery was late. When it was delivered the pack had melted and it felt tepid to the touch. Three Days un-chilled. This was a gift and there was no way I was giving it to someone. I brought it through Amazon. Snowdon's customer service useless, no one gets back to you. Contacted Amazon and refund request sent to Snowdon who apparently rejected it. Awful company I'll stick with Mouse House in future.

The present of a cheese hamper disappeared into the inner working of DHL, tracking number useless, vanished without trace, just a few days before Christmas. Snowdonia got onto it quickly and sent a replacement that arrived in time for Christmas. Fabulous customer service and product and a very happy family! Highly recommended. Thanks Snowdonia

My first impression with snowdonia cheese was impressive as it hsd a great website and item was dispatched very quickly.
It went down Hill from there .I was informed I had signed for and taken delivery of said cheese hamper .
I had definitely not.I was at work.
The box was chucked down on the floor .the driver did not even knock on my door as ring door bell footage saw it all.
He left the box and walked off leaving my unattended hamper in the middle of my drive in the rain.
I arrived home 8 hours later to find my parcel soaked wet through .on opening the box was wet through.the carboard boxes with pickles and biscuits were floppy with water.the card personally fir the recipient was soaked.cheeses wet ..
It was ruined.
I gave attempted contact with snowdonia and DHL .DHL said they were following delivery I structions
..there words its not put fault.
Snowdonia have sent generic ..thsnk you fur email.. contact within 24 hours .in 1 weel I have had no contact,no reply no new hamper sending nothing .
DHL equally as useless .left numerous voice messages and again no reply.
Custoner service is appalling avoid .

Placed an order start of November for delivery on 20th December and it was nominated day for delivery, I finally received my order on 24th December! After numerous emails , un answered messages and phone calls.No tracking information provided ,even though i asked for it. Very disappointing service, I won't be ordering again Im sorry to say. There's a serious lack of service whether its the courier or something else. It needs putting right!
29th December received partial refund and an email .Things still need to improve.

Christmas hamper ordered on 12th December. Not received by 22nd so emailed Snowdonia. Sent me notification that the order was lost in transit and I would receive a refund in 10 days. Didnt communicate with me first to ask what I wanted to do about the situation. Given that it was obviously a Christmas gift I find this totally unacceptable. No effort made whatsoever to rectify the situation satisfactorily. Completely insincere apology and didn't care at all that I have been left high and dry with no hamper and almost £100 down for over 10 days and counting at Christmas. I found the brief explanation hard to believe - easy to say it is 'lost in transit' taking no responsibility at all for error.

They say order despatched and provided a DHL tacking number which Dhl does not recognise. Several emails and online messages have gone unanswered as was the phone when I tried ringing. I doubt the gift will be delivered before Christmas.
Edit, At 1am Christmas Eve morning DHL finally updated and they have the order, but remains to be seen if I get it on time. Upgraded to 2 star as still no replies from the company.
Edit 2 Will that proves me wrong, parcel delvered at 8.30am Christmas Eve, upgraded to 4 stars, took one off for poor customer service.

Despite numerous phone calls and emails with no response whatsoever( now totalling 14), disappointed to say the least is all one can say about this company. Ordered items on 8 December , dispatched by Snowdonia to the incorrect address, a shipping address NOT noted on the delivery form, although the order reference number is noted correctly. I’m now in the situation of no delivery and no contact with members of Snowdonia. My next missive will be to the directors Messrs Butler and Newton-Jones

Ordered in good time for Christmas and to date not received my order (2 hampers) despite having a tracking number from DHL which DHL doesn’t recognise. Emailed countless times and tried to phone which is pointless. Extremely poor service and wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered 2 hampers 6 weeks ago to 2 different addresses in 2 different counties. They should have arrived on the 20th. They did not. Today, 22nd December, we sent an email. No response. Then my husband managed to leave a voicemail with the order number. Suddenly, he received a refund for both hampers. No other contact whatsoever. Can only hope their cheese is better than the service provided. NOT happy…

Have been sent the wrong product and can not get hold of customer service to rectify the issue. I ordered an expensive wicker hamper as a Christmas present and a completely smaller and inferior cheese selection arrived. Disappointed is an understatement - avoid ordering from here at all costs as they cannot get orders right or be available for customer support when issues arise.

Ordered several weeks in advanced for two separate deliveries with a nominated delivery date. Both were late. One has only just arrived several days late and warm. The cheese is only ok, nothing special. Save the hassle and buy something from the shop.
