Thank you for coming along to our first show back in Charlotte, and for sharing this. We're really sorry the show experience didn't live up to past Sofars you've attended.

We've reviewed this with the Sofar Charlotte team, and it sounds like this show started around 30 minutes late due to some artist setup delays. We know how a late start can have a knock on effect to the vibe of the event, so the team have taken this on board as they consider planning and communication for future shows.

We're glad you enjoyed the artists and the venue, but we're sorry the organisation on the night fell short of what we aim to deliver - while we don't require digital or physical tickets for entry at Sofars, a team member should still be checking guests in at the door.
