Gary was fantastic in helping us

Picked a sofa from the clearance section. It was a little marked.
The sales guy said he would try his best with his 'magic kit'
When it was delivered it was absolutely spot on 👍

Delivery was the same. A pre arrival 'we will becaround 30 mins' call was appreciated

Please take note Sofology. The buying experience was great - your salesman knows his stuff, however....why keep reminding me to do a trust pilot report when we haven't received the goods yet, and won't do so for some months. Experience tells us that the journey isn't over and can't be commented on until we have the sofa in our lounge.

First time shopping at Sofology off the back of a recommendation from my daughter . Very impressed with choice and no pushy sales people in sight. Great friendly service when needed and yes, purchase made 😊

We have visited the store many times and found all the staff very helpful. We bought the sofa from Steve in the end.

I could not have been treated any better as a customer unless they gave me my sofa for FREE lol , the staff were very caring especially of me walking around with my legs been a problem and the shop been large so they pointed out the sofas that I describe of what I wanted. I was asked if I wanted a drink which I accepted had a nice chat with the staff as I needed to sit down . I was also walked out of the building towards my car. very happy with my experience .

Nat in the Hull store was great. Really helpful and attentive without being overbearing or pushing a sale.

Excellent sales people at both Hull and Doncaster. No pushy sales just informative and helpful when needed. This review cover the sales part only as we await delivery of the suite.
