The employee was able to answer every question we had regarding our purchase. The only downfall is how long you’re having to wait for the delivery. We’ve been told up to 9 weeks but could get a call sooner if the sofas are available. It would be handy to have updates throughout the wait instead of not knowing any updates.

We were able to look and try a number of different types of sofa before making our decision. We purchased online.

Great service, answer all questions and made it an easy experience

When we entered we were greeted in a friendly manner. Advise was given on the products that we were interested in. We were not pressured at all and once decided on a product the information given was plentiful. At no time did I feel pressured by our sales representative ( Colin) at all who was very pleasant. I was very happy with the build quality and a choice of specifications and coverings.
All in all a very nice experience and would recommend in the future to others.

We visited the Maidstone showroom and met Colin, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and understand our requirements. He recommended a few sofas that met our needs and let us have some time to find the right fit for us. Once we had decided, he completed the paperwork with us, explaining clearly as we went along, ensuring we had everything we needed.
We are really looking forward to our new sofa arriving soon.

We had a great experience purchasing our sofa and Inuta the Sofology staff member was very friendly, knowledgable and importantly, not pushy.

Representative was good and informative and not pushy.
Information on cost of delivery would be good upfront - was not advised of this until i questioned the total amount to be paid.

Good selection of sofas and very helpful instore staff. Follow up by email was good and there was no hard sell on extras.
