We were first time buyers and had no clue what we were doing but Steven constantly put us at ease and helped us every step of the way!

I was buying my first home and naturally, I had several questions along with a few panic attacks given the stressful process, but Steven was great at explaining things and giving you peace of mind while calming you down in the best way possible. As for the first time buyers it was the most stressful time in my and my husband’s life, but Steven Sparks made our journey very smooth regardless many difficulties and obstacles we had on our way, putting us every time on the right track to get the mortgage for the property which was our biggest dream. I am confident to say that without Steven that would be impossible to get mortgage for the property we chose. Also just a month to the completion, Steven found for us way better deal for mortgage with interest rate which made us save about £400 each month on mortgage payments with £10’000 savings during fixed rate period.
I never met such a dedicated person who wants best for his clients. Regardless many problems which occurred on the way, involving not really good credit history , not enough of deposit , we could really rely on his experience and dedication for 100%.
