I can’t recommend Steven enough, he really went the extra mile in regards of finding the right mortgage for our specific needs now and the long term. Steven gave us some really sound advice which has proved extremely helpful and was prompt in his replies in what was a smooth and easy process. We have affectively saved a lot of money in the advice he has gave us and the excellent mortgage deal he managed to secure for us.

As a first time buyer, the whole buying process was really daunting to us. Steven made it easy and understandable. He guided us throughout the process and made sure all the requirements are all accounted for. Every question we had were answered by Steven without fail. There were problems we faced during the buying process but Steven was there to help us out and it was very reassuring to us first time buyers. He basically held our hand though the whole ordeal. Steven was really hands-on about my case. He's open, transparent and insightful on options regardless if it's a product transfer or a re-mortgage entirely. He's genuinely pushing for a better rate which is saying something given the current economy. We had several calls so far and thought each one is better than actual meetings due to the convenience and the amount of information I received and the options laid out for me.
