I wanted to express my appreciation for Sparks Mortgages’ outstanding service. The expertise, professionalism and flexibility made the entire process very smooth and stress-free for me. As someone going through this process for the first time, I needed someone who was patient when being asked the same question more than once, flexible with my work schedule and responsive with all my queries as well as keeping me regularly informed. I got exactly that and more. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking mortgage and insurance advice, I did both through them. Thank you for going above and beyond, would definitely come back!

Steven started supporting me six months ahead of my existing deal coming to an end at a time when rates were of concern. He kept me in the loop throughout to market changes, encouraging me to consider all options and offer his insight and expertise on what could be most suitable for me based on my financial goals.
