Our production is offshore which allows us to provide competitive pricing and high-quality products that meet Canadian standards for almost 15 years, and we serve many small and large businesses across the country.

Regarding your shipment, we understand how frustrating it is to be left without the product you ordered. Although the courier has indicated that they attempted to reached by phone and left a voicemail, we recognize that the situation has still resulted in an unacceptable delay.

We absolutely do not want you to be left without a proper resolution. Our team is currently reviewing your concern, including the shipping issue and the status of your order. Our team is still working to ensure this is resolved fairly.
