VERY disappointing experience
VERY disappointing experience.
I ordered over 7k stickers and specified that they needed to be "Very sticky - difficult to remove" as they were going on my retail packaging, and thick enough to hide image under the sticker. They told me that their PVC sticker would work great.
I received the order faster than promised (Great).
Very easy to peel off backing and the look Great.
They cover the image below (Great).
PROBLEM: They are not very sticky. I applied them to 1,000 packages and in the morning, the whole right side popped off, due to a very slight curve in the packaging.
I asked them to replace the other 6k+ since they were not "Sticky" as per my requirement.
There were 12+ emails between us, I sent pictures and video to show the issue. They asked me to label the other 6k+ bags and send them a video to show the % of stickers that were popping off, so they could replace only that %. WHAT?! They want me to pay employees to label them to get replacements and have them remove all of the labels to re-sticker again. Even after we already had 1k done with issues.
Absolutely terrible resolution. I have to through out 6k+ stickers and order more from somewhere else. This puts our rework a few weeks behind schedule.
So disappointing.

Our quality team ensures every product is scanned properly before they are shipped to meet our quality standards.
Chances are that the product might have been exposed to a humid temperature in transit that caused the adhesive to weaken.
Because of this, we have some offers for you:
1. If you wish to get the same product, we can initiate a process today with the lowest price we can offer permitted by our production manager and expedited delivery (no delivery charges shall apply).
2. If you want to order another similar product, our recommendation would be our Bumper sticker at a discounted price. However, this may not be as thick as our PVC but we can assure you that we can deliver it to you as fast as 3 days after the production.
We are hopeful for a swift and positive resolution - one that underscores a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Ordered 2000 stickers because they had…
Ordered 2000 stickers because they had 10% off deal but that ended at midnight Ontario time. They said they'd give me 10% on my next order and thanked me for notifying them yet I just saw another 10% off deal promoted and there was NO CHANGE to show the deal was in Ontario timezone. So clearly they don't care if people lose out on money and write poor reviews. Do not recommend ordering from them!!

I have been using StickerCanada since 2019. I am very happy with the quality of of their labels. For me it is important to be able to get in touch with the company if I need help and I really appreciate the fact that I can actually call and their customer service immediately address my issue. During the past five years I was able to find a high quality labels for my products with a great price. I will always use this company for all my printing needs and recommend them to others.

Very helpful and supportive team. One order of stickers was switched with another quantity of another type of sticker but there were several thousand stickers and it could have been me miss reading the proofs. All good thank you I made do and am happy with the quality of stickers.

I order 3000 sticker for my business and I have problems to remove back paper from the sticker.I asked them if they can replace my order and they refuse. There no after sale service with this company. Not recommended! On your reply your are saying you can reprint my order for free but it’s not true. I ask for order replacement and you refuse. I order from you for the last three years and never had problems and never complained.If you have a little respect for your customers, you will help to solve the problem!
