Never got my swing set and I never joined

The customer service department was very helpful in assist me to cancel my subscription and receive the refund.

I wanted a refund and Emily was very helpful in taking care of that.

It was a struggle to get a refund but said it will be granted in the end

This website tricks you into enrolling by disguising their link in one of your frequently used companies that you are purchasing an item through. After they get your $9.99 you get an email from them that you have subscribed (and of course you do not get the item you thought you were buying from your trusted company). You are not allowed to cancel in the first 24 hours and there is not an option to remove your credit card info. After they get 24 hours you are again charged. I had to dispute the charge and lock my credit card before I could cancel.
