I did not sign up for Stitchcove.com; I only signed up to receive Valentino perfume from ULTA. I'm uncertain how I ended up on your website while I was on my Facebook page while purchasing Valentino from ULTA. Please remove me from your page and refund my money. Additionally, I request that you stop charging me every month for a service that I have not used.

The escalation team has been polite and prompt with response emails. However, the way the company operates and charges your card without permission feels very fraudulent. Plus the refund process is unnecessarily drawn out.

I was very clear that I did not place any orders or memberships with your firm.
I disputed this with my bank and they will be investigating further review as your letter stated that as of March 2026, cancellation of ALL business with your company. Please be prepared for my bank’s investigation. Thank you.

They are very late in responding to requests.

They took money off my card I never heard of them a day in my life unauthorized transactions from them

I tried to order 1 thing from a facebook ad, and was charged from 3 different companies. When I followed the directions to cancel I received another charge. There was no obvious mention of a subscription or other charges.

I was unaware that there was a membership fee. This is the only reason I'm cancelling the membership.

Diamond was helpful is getting my refund process. Although filling out review was part of getting a refund.

I really wasn’t sure in ordering the item and once I saw the comments and they confirmed there stroller and baby crib I just wanted to get since I’m a first time mom.
