Scam company, avoid at all costs.

I purchased this and paid upfront in may 2022. I received my impressions kit promptly and all seemed well, I then received my first box of Aligners over two weeks later than advised (also after I chased them) 5 sets of Aligners and they fitted well, I wasn’t in a rush to change them really quick.
I never received my next box. After countless emails from myself with only 1 in 7 being responded too I checked their website again and they was suddenly closing but never informed theirs current costumers. Tried emailing and at the time they had a contact number but they never answered it. Then they closed the website.
Fastforward to today (23rd April 2023) and their website is back open and they are selling again. With False reviews and taking more peoples money. Yet not fulfilling there previous orders or refunding anyone.
I doubt they’ll respond to my emails again and I’ll still be down a lot of money for no products.
Please don’t use these people they seem to steal your money and then close down to stop people hassling them and when it goes quiet re open up. Complete SCAMMERS don’t waste your money for these people

They stole my money. The impression would not work for my teeth after countless attempts to use. They offered me a 3D scan in a location 6 hours from my home which there was no way I could attend. I requested my money back and they repeatedly said I was entitled to a refund but never followed through. I contacted them through every means possible. They now just ignore me.

At the last stage of my treatment they stopped getting back to my emails and won’t follow up with me. Horrible experience they took the money and left my teeth looking terrible

This company do not deliver what they have sea they will. Retainers never fit, no after care, teeth not straightened, no response ever. No operating again to steal more money. Disgusting.

This is the worse treatment I've ever had. Alligners won't fit, some sets are not even the right fit. I had to make a case with paypal to get my money back.

After almost 2 years of treatment, my teeth have returned back to how they were originally.
Shocking service.
Avoid this company.

Ghosted before I even got retainers owing me £700 , bogus phone number, complete fraud.

As many people have said before, do not use this company (although it seems they do not exist any longer). I purchased the night set and I am still left with wonky teeth after all the retainers. They will not respond to anything, even though there was a written promise to continue treatment if one isn't happy with the results.

Scam.

Absolute disgrace of a company I know so many people taking legal action against them! Finally managed to get my money back through the bank avoid avoid avoid. It’s a scam… feel so sorry for people who get caught in the web of deceit! Keep setting up new companies just don’t understand how they can get away with it specially in this day and age, when everybody is struggling straight, “straight my teeth” should be absolutely ashamed of yourself!!

They do not reply to you with any issues or queries.

If I could score 0 stars I would. Horrific company. Total scam artists. They will let you get half way through your treatment and then everything will go wrong- they will do absolutely nothing to help you, they will ignore your emails and refuse to help/ refund
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

awful - currently waiting for them to officially go bust to try and receive a refund through credit card company. No quality of service and treatment left incomplete

Started off so well, and nearly finished the treatment after having done this several times with them (long process). Now they don't reply, pick the phones up so they must no longer be going. Do not purchase from this company!!!

Mid last 2022, I purchased clear aligners from a provider online. I took moulds of my teeth and they sent me a set of 20 aligners to use for 10 days each.

Although my teeth are no longer as compact, these have left unnecessary and obvious gaps, incomplete tooth rotations and a crossbite where my top and bottom tooth restrict my ability to have a natural resting bite and causes jaw ache.

The company has closed down, without notice, and despite my best efforts to contact them and serve a complaint to all addresses found on Companies House - it has been impossible.
I spoke to the bank and as I received the aligners over 90 days ago - I cannot be reimbursed.

I'm now in a position where I'm out of pocket and too uncomfortable to leave my teeth as they are.

I am trying to find the cheapest but legitimate place to correct my teeth but it seems most dentists charge new patient consultations before I could even get a quote. Plus most treatments start at £3500.

I am reluctant to use another online company as you have nothing and no one to guarantee satisfaction or a positive end result.

Company has shut midway through my treatment. It's not showing they are insolvent yet so can't even try and report and escalate. This company took my money and ignored me for months on end. My teeth have now moved and I'm 1500 short

Awful! I paid a lot of money to have my teeth straightened. I went through the whole process and my teeth straightened a little. My retainer broke and I have been trying to contact straight my teeth for over 6 months to no avail!
Do not recommend! Do not waste your money

they have stopped halfway through my treatment and I tried to contact them but no response at all . Is there any resolution team I can Contact to get my money back . DO NOT FALL FOR THIS . Scammer
