On September 8, 2026, I sent a $250 donation through StreamElements. I authorized one $250 payment, but initially saw two separate $250 charges, and $500 was held in pending status from my account even though I only authorized $250. One charge eventually disappeared, while the other completed.

I called PayPal, and they confirmed that the completed $250 transaction successfully went through. The recipient shown on the PayPal transaction is Live Momentum Ltd. (StreamElements), not the streamer's paypal like you would usually see, and the streamer I donated to received nothing.

She checked both her PayPal account and her StreamElements account and there is no record of the $250 transaction on either one. The donation alert never appeared either.

At first I figured it was just some weird one-off processing issue, but since then I’ve seen multiple other viewers report donations failing to reach streamers, including people donating to other streamers.

The fact I have to give this a star is a disrespect to the companies that earned the star. Legitimately one of the worst companies you could deal with. Stream elements and their other product “grabtap” have the worst customer support ever. If you have any issues you will never get in contact with anybody through their chatbot or email. I have done many campaigns over a month ago and I have still yet to see any payments even though everything is fully setup. And grabtap also is supposed to send you the gift card of ur choice in “6 days” it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten anything but “processing” . Only if maybe their chatbot wasn’t made to redirect customers with issues away then I’d be able to get this fixed. But no this is actually beyond unbearable experience with any company.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that after the first few campaigns so many people’s downloads were not getting counted and slowly got worse and worse. it’s absolutely disgusting this company is even afloat. And don’t misunderstand this rating. IVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY. So if I end up being told I’m NOT getting the money I was told I met the requirements for then I will be coming back here to let you know.

Moving our roster to Stream Elements cloud-based alerts solved a ton of issue. We instantly saw CPU usage drop, stopping frame drops during big sub trains. The merch integration is solid, though I will say the default tipping page UI is pretty clunky and requires some custom CSS to look good. Still, a mandatory tool if your creators are pushing past 500 CCV.

I made 3 campaigns with Streamelements.
The first one was a bit of a disaster as I was missing plenty of rewards. I had many of my players who did not count into the $ objective. Nevertheless, after taking hours to count every single $ missing, the support team added it to my total. Great waste of time, but problem was solve.
So I decided to do a second campaign, which went well. Maybe my first experience was just bad luck, but things started to go awful on the 3rd campaign.
As soon as I started it, I saw players not counting in my objectives. So I contacted support team which told me "don't worry, if they are missing we'll add it after the campaign is over". The campaign lasted 1 month, so my players spent the month grinding the game to support me. After the campaign was over, I asked the support to add all the missing events, TOTAL 18 MISSINGS ! They told me they couldn't do it and offered me to had "1 event" "hoping it would solve the issue". I told them it was totally inacceptable and they answer me that they couldn't add the events as they did not match the criteria, criteria being "first account and first time player", which was of course the case. After that, the support simply refused to answer me.
In a nut shell, their soft is not working correctly, you have to spend plenty of time to try to recover the money they don't give you, and it can result in a massive lost of time for everyone that support your work.

Stream elements is very dope , from the dope overlays to customer service, there’s plenty of sponsors (payment is third party so you have to follow those guidelines ) , if you looking for sponsors or some fire overlays for your streaming come to death row 🤣

I have been using StreamElements sponsorship opportunities and multistreaming services for quite a while. And I can say they are really great for streamers of any size!

Sponsorships are a great way to get into games you might not think to try, but also helps you practice being marketable. Which will land you better opportunities in the future. The payout isn't super high or super low. I'd say it's pretty decent compared to having no opportunities. Plus it's more about the effort you put in. I rather like the mission progress structure it uses. Plus now with GrabTap it makes it easier and more inviting doe the viewer.

Now to their services, they have a volley of useful tools, but one tool I use and is detrimental to streaming for me is SE Live OBS plugin. The tool has been great! I will always promote it when I see someone asking about what tools they can use. I use it with Beamstream.gg to offload most of the encoding transmissions.

It was very easy to make the campaign because of how fun the game is, only a little difficult to get new people since the video game is very well known.
But I like that they pay up to 2 days before the date that speaks very well of them

Stream Elements allows for a streamer like myself, who averages 100 viewers to stream full time! These sponsorships have completely changed my perspective on streaming and they are very easy to do. My manager Des, is very easy to work with and always helps me find deals! The instructions are very easy to follow on all the campaigns and it’s a great way to interact with my Twitch community.

They dont even deserve the one star! How could you say the players didnt followed your criteria of new player, never downloaded the game in the past, never played it, and must download the game using the campaign link by the streamer and when I dared your team member i will send all the proof that the game downloaded by my players were new, never played in the past and downloaded it using my link and suddenly you ignored me already and decided the missing events in my campaign wont get paid!! what is the meaning of promoting the game if you dont pay the creator properly and decided to keep the money!! A new game downloaded will start with tutorial and this is the case of my players yet you classified it as invalid and not meeting your criteria! avoid them at all cost!

Scamming and rug pulling creators because of the breach of the TOS, won't tell you what did you breach and they just close every conversation and ban you

Had a great first experience with Rena, she helped with setting up the whole campaign, we executed and shared information with Rena. Completed the campaign with an amount that goes a long way for small esports businesses like ours.

Very good, it's my second campaign and I definitely want to participate in others!
