Fast and very friendly when it comes to solving a problem =)

After being invited to use their new GrabTap service, I followed all of the instructions to set the game up. No firewalls, no VPN, game had all of the permissions it asked for. Played the game the requisite 2 hours that they say it can take to establish a connection. It never connected.

I contacted support, pointing out that I achieved the first two milestones but their system still wasn't connecting. Their reply:

"Unfortunately, we weren't able to get your installation, so moving forward, missions for this game won't be tracked. However, we encourage you to try other games to earn points and support your favorite streamers!

Our devs are working on a solution to ensure a smoother experience for you in the future."

I've reached out to StreamElements and GrabTap to see if they would like to comment on this apparent scamming activity. But unless they reverse this policy immediately, there's nothing to stop them from ripping off every user and claiming 'technical issues'.

I asked the chatbot how to set up the stream, and it gave me a link that gave my pc 5 VIRUSES, and i cant fix it bc you need a dumb fricking subscription to the anti virus thingy

I have worked with StreamElements before for sponsorships and it usually felt unorganized and all over the place. Recently I started working with Rena and everything feels way more professional and streamlined. I have direct support when I have questions or concerns and have a space to give feedback. Esta empresa ofreció un patrocinio de Roblox al streamer Karsterland. Éste último promocionó dicho juego, y se interesó en que sus seguidores (yo entre ellos) siguiésemos fielmente los pasos que esta empresa indicó para poder recibir el acuerdo monetario establecido previamente. Sin embargo, dicho acuerdo, atendiendo a la compra de "Robux", no ha sido cumplido por parte de StreamElementes, el cual, quienes cuando se ha intentado contactar con ellos para la resolución de esta problemática contractual, ha decidido guardar silencio, haciendo que este problema se postergue en el tiempo y que el streamer no haya cobrado el importe acordado. Aunque esta cuestión pueda ser tratada por otras vías, también es oportuno que otros creadores de contenido incipientes, sean conocedores de la situación para no caer en estas estafas.

Hice el patrocinio del juego Roblox con el streamer Karsterland: descargué el juego con su enlace y compré 400 roblux dentro del juego. El patrocinio nunca le contó y la empresa se ha quedado con el dinero.

Colaboré en una campaña para el streamer Karsterland de Roblox a través de Streamelements descargándome el juego y comprando Robux para las metas, el del juego contó sin problemas, pero el de los Robux no, y por lo que comentó Karster, ninguna de las transacciones de Robux fueron sumadas, yo colaboré con la compra de 800 Robux gastándome 11.99€ para apoyarle y siento que vuestra empresa se ha quedado con su dinero.

Me llamo Karsterland en twitch e hice un patrocinios con ellos de Roblox y se niegan a pagarme 580 dólares que me deben de seguidores que hicieron una compra de Robux, dicen que no les consta y que no se hizo bien, no siendo cierto porque había otra meta en la que tenían que jugar a Roblox y sólo las personas que contaban eran los que compraron los Robux, ellos sólo se escudan en que no está correcto y les he enviado prueba de todas las compras con los usuarios, y llevan más de 3 semanas sin contestarme, estoy flipando.

Rena is the best with communication, it's not easy to keep up with goals when you're focused on the stream and content. She is always there to keep me on track! Thanks Rena!

This is one of the worse companies to do these "sponsorships". Once you complete your campaign especially if you invested money to get the goals they will send you an email saying, "Our campaign team has completed a thorough review of your latest sponsorship marketplace. Regrettably, we've identified a violation of our terms and services during our assessment. Due to this breach of rules, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process payments for your sponsorship campaign. We appreciate your understanding in this matter"

No matter how many emails you send them saying how come? what did I do wrong? Can you tell me why? They will not answer you at all they keep ignoring you!!! SO BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
