Awful wastes of space. Nothing but scamming pieces of shit. Do not waste your time. 1,163 dollars scammed from me and my community. 0/10 do not recommend. Spread the word until these weenie suckers are run into the ground.

Easy to work with and rewarding

Rena from SE is awesome to work with - she replies in a timely manner, works in tune to reach a common goal through her support and suggestions.

Recommend for any other creators thinking of working with SE

So last year I started doing some sponsorships on Streamelements, and the first 2 or 3 paid out. Once 2025 came in and I finished 2 more sponsorships, I got an email from them with a copy-and-paste message that I confirmed with other streamers too saying I have broken terms of service and I am not getting paid for my work and my community work because I didnt fit the bill for them. That was for 1 of the games; for the second sponsorship, they removed the payment method and said that its invalid. The 3rd one is still active but I assume they will do the same excuse and say that I either broke Terms of Service or I didn't meet the criteria after promoting the games on both Twitch and Youtube, after having the community complete the majority of goals. This is causing me anxiety and depression because I was told if I spend money in the game I will get it back + bonus, which is lost as well. This feels like a SCAM and THEFT and I believe it breaks some laws in holding the earnings. I have reached out to them but after 2 Copy paste emails that I received back they stopped replying.

The StreamElements team is amazing! I have nothing but praise for StreamElements. Whenever I have had any questions or needed any assistance, StreamElements Support would respond promptly to make sure my needs were met. HUGE shoutout to Geo and Kippod! They were there for me during a campaign and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Rena with a while now on various sponsorships. StreamElements and Rena really make it easy to earn with your community and make streaming profitable for even smaller streamers. Highly recommend.

I worked a couple times with Streamelements and never had issues. Easy to understand and prepare Setups. Fast response if issues come up. I got unfortunately sick at the start of campaign and my agent coolbagels allowed me to extend the campaign with little issues and relatively fast.

I needed assistance activating functionality on the StreamElements chatbot - and after a fair amount of searching reached out to StreamElements' helpdesk - who resolved my query super fast and with a positive result.

I was contacted in a quick manner after submitting my issue to support. The tech asked me for a little information and then gave me clear step by step instructions on how to solve my issue. The tech was patient and professional with me not being too familiar with navigating advanced settings etc. Very happy my issue got solved. It took no time at all to resolve an issue I struggled with on my own for days. Very grateful!

I've been paid out for a Factor sponsorship and just completed a HelloFresh sponsorship with the help of Des who was able to answer any questions I had as well as ease any worries I had. Was a pleasant experience and will continue with these sponsorships in the future.

I took a hellofresh sponsor through SE and they made the whole process very simple and easy for me. My SE agent Sakumai was very helpful with any questions I had.

Des rapaces de tunes .tu diffusé sur ton stream des 3h et après sa te sort violation chez pas quoi .sa brasse des million mais sa aident pas les streamer qui on peut de vues .sachez le ,sa surveille et attention à pas vous faire avoir, jai diffuser leur contenu sponsorisé pour rien.

Il bloque les payements et empêchent de mettre un nouveau mode de payement... En plus, le support fait le mort depuis 3 semaines alors qu'avant pour les demandes classiques ils répondaient dans la demi-heure, une grosse arnaque !

Working with Rena was great. There were some issues with SE’s back end that they couldn’t help with but support was there none the less

Its okay to use there free streaming tools but do not, I repeat Do Not take there sponsorship programmes. IT A SCAM

I use StreamElements as a way to support my stream with chat moderation settings and for stream alerts. They're also a great partner for potential sponsorships that help me earn a living while playing games my community enjoys as well.

It's all super easy, automated where possible, and has great reps you can reach out to if you're having any issues. I'm going to keep using them.
