I was looking to change my bike insurance and after an online quote, Peter called me back promptly.
He was very helpful and well informed with time to discuss my needs.
He was interested in cycling and in my situation and made the whole experience worth while.

Needed new bike insurance so found Sundays through their good reviews. Gave them a ring and spoke with Danny who went through the process explaining everything clearly to me. Very professional and quick and the premium was exceptional. The whole experience, along with the good reviews, gave me confidence I had made the right choice

Supportive, understanding and human
Once again had to unfortunately call upon the help of Sunday's insurance after having a second MTB stolen and knife point. Once again Sunday's insurance saved the day(so to speak)
They have replaced the bike like for like, took them less than 24 hours to accept the claim, Laure was such a help, friendly and professional. They explained everything I needed to provide to help the claim along. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to use Sunday's insurance but if I do need to I know that they will be as supportive as they can be.

This team make it's happiness
From day one until the very end, Tristan showed a highly professional approach. He provided clear direction and was always focused on finding the best solution for my case.

Great customer service

DO NOT BUY the Sundays Insurance…
I bought the Sundays Insurance believing that paying the company 45 pounds I will be covered (fixing, taxi to work while fixing the bike). Yet when I had a tire punctured the company said that I would have to pay them 120 pounds before i get anything back. LIARS!!!
I am not taking any more dealing with them. They only take the money but not help. You pay for insurance then you pay them again if anything happens. So why do you need them if you pay them and them get nothing back!

It’s completely understandable why you feel let down, especially when you’re just trying to get your bike fixed and get to work.
To clarify, an excess is a standard fixed amount that a customer agrees to contribute toward any claim.
During our sales journey as well as per your contract agreement sent, a clear disclosure is provided of your excess.
For example if you have a £100 excess and your bike is stolen (a "£1,000" loss), the company pays you £900. If the repair costs £60, you are responsible for the full £60 as it is then cheaper for you to settle this than pay your excess amount. Ethically, we could never take more money from our clients that what a claim costs to settle.
We're sorry we couldn't be of more help this time.

The team at Sunday were extremely helpful in managing our claim after our cargo bike was stolen. Laure managed the claim exceptionally quickly and helped us find a suitable bike for our family needs after the theft. We will definitely be insuring our new bike with Sunday.

Great service and cover at a competitive price
I found Sunday’s by buying a bike at Balfes and so received a free month of cover.
I expected a hard sell at the end of the month, but I was pleasantly surprised with the great service that I received from Daniella. Well done and thank you.

Great Customer Service - Danny
Spoke with Danny on the phone relating to a policy query and including my Dads bike onto my policy. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient. Made the process extremely easy. Absolute top service! Sundays have always had great customer service especially over the phone, if I ever have a question or issue I would always feel comfortable contacting them knowing there’s someone on the end of the phone wanting to help.
