Habe vor einem Monat 4 Rollen Filament bestellt, die innerhalb von 3 Tagen geliefert werden sollten. Dann kam die DHL Ankündigung und dann passierte nichts mehr. Keine Lieferung, keine Reaktion auf mehrere Mails, keine Rückerstattung, keine Information. Vor zwei Tagen kam die Ware an in einer dubiosen Umverpackung. Der Kundenservice ist quasi nicht vorhanden und nicht erreichbar. Man wartet auf seine Bestellung die bereits bezahlt ist und bekommt keinen Status.

feels like a scam!.. I placed an order.. but I didn't get any information about delivery date.. so I tried to cancel the order.. only to discover that it's a ghost company!.. their 24/7 support is not responding at all.. .. and all their official emails are not responding.. and there's now telephone number to reach the company..

I ordered a filament dryer a fie weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. No one gives ne details, no one answers my emails. This is a joke. The money was taken but no one sent The product.

Ich habe für ca 220€ Filament bei Sunlu bestellt, da ich dieses dringend benötigt habe. Laut Webseite war alles lieferbar. Nach 3 Tagen habe ich dann mal nachgefragt wieso ich noch keine Versandbestätigung erhalten habe. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt dass mein Filament nicht lieferbar sei, ich aber eine Teillieferung erhalten würde. Ich habe die Bestellung storniert da ich wenn alle Filamente benötige. Leider warte ich schon seit über einem Monat auf die Erstattung meines Geldes !!!

E-commerce service with a good site, but with the worst support and delivery processes.

Shame I can’t give 0 stars. My 16 year old son saved up to spend £60 on filament. Tracking showed his package at a local delivery depot 150 miles away. Package was delivered by that depot to an unknown address and the delivery photo of the package was a picture of a load of delivery sacks. My son tried to contact them and all he got was replies asking him to confirm his order number. They then stopped replying. I’ve emailed all the contact emails I can find and haven’t had a reply. My son is out of pocket with no product. Appalling. Avoid like the plague.

Received a batch of filaments and they get stuck when printing. I contacted customer service to see if there is an issue. The spools were tightly wound and caused the printer to stall.
Their response was to untie a knot. WHAT KNOT???? After 7 emails they basically said ....too bad so sad.
Stay away from this product. I should have listened to the other reviews.

Ich habe schon öfters bei Sunlu bestellt und bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Diesmal kam nur leider 1 Packet komplett nass und perforiert an. Das Filament ist komplett nass und kann wie geplant als Geschenk nicht verschenkt werden. Abgesehen dass man das Wood PLA so nie wieder richtig trocken bekommt.

Eigentlich kein Problem, sie haben ja ein Kundenservice.
Dieser Antwortet einem auch zeitnah.
Nur leider Interessiert diesen das Problem nicht und sagt immer nur es ist mein Problem. Wut...

I have bought serveral thound dollars of filament from Sunlu and up until now have been pleased with them, but no longer.I purchased 10 rolls of Sunlu black recycled PETG filament for $9.99 a roll. What i received was ONE roll. After 6 emails to them and no response (I got notice that they got the emails.) I have decided to switch to a different supplier. The Order #was SL19988525.

Leider reagiert der VK nicht auf Emails.
Es gibt keine Rechnung - für B2B also geschäftlich völlig ungeeignet !
Das Material ist toll, aber als Lieferanten sollte man das Filament wohl lieber über einen Händler in der EU kaufen, der ordentliche Rechnungen ausstellen kann.

Sunlu filament is the worst I’ve ever tried. It’s not even possible to get it to work. The rolls I tried were white, Green, And black. Right off the bat they clogged my extruder and tried to fill up the rest of the head. If I wouldn’t have caught it I would be ordering an entire new print head. Cleared that out and tried upping temps. Nothing helped. It wouldn’t adhere. Where it did adhere it started a massive blob on the print end. Worthless products. And to top it off when I reached out to sunlu. The rep acted like I was an idiot at first and when I explained all the parameters I tried, they wrote me off to Amazon. Don’t buy from this company. Its typical Chinese products with typical lack of support after things go wrong.

Terrible customer service, Ive got an email chain of 30+ messages and 3 requested videos indicating how garbage there item isnt working and they will not give me anything to work with

Do not order from sunlu. Their return policy sucks. I ordered PETG filament by mistake, and they won't accept my return because the plastic bag they shipped them in was opened. All of the filament boxes are not opened and original.

Got a box of 10xGold Silk+ PLA. Made sure I had flows and speed perfect, dried 3 spools at 50c for 12 hours before starting a big customer job. After 1kg spool was used up AT 30mm/s I put a new spool in and the colour changed a LOT. You just can’t rely on Sunlu batch numbers for colours which is sad because the first reel was a gorgeous colour. If you want reliable colouring across batch numbers it’s best to go with Bambu. I had to start the project again (2.5 days into a print) and am now stuck with 8 spools of unreliable colouring.
I wish I could upload a photo to show just how much the colour changed.

I ordered 3 filaments. One spool arrived damaged and could not be mounted on my AMS. Other two had broken security seals.
Worst customer service, unable to resolve the problems - they ignored broken security seals and refused to get replacement or refund for damaged product.

Leider ist Sunlu nicht willens oder in der Lage, eine Rechnung im B2B-Bereich auszustellen. Somit ist diese Firma für Bestellungen von Firmen absolut ungeeignet. Mehrere Anfragen an den Support diesbezüglich werden komplett ignoriert. Guter Kundenservice sieht definitiv anders aus. Keine Empfehlung für Geschäftskunden.
