I ordered the SuperCloset just as the COV-19 exploded. I was called to be informed that they could not get the materials to make my cabinet and asked if I wanted a refund or to order a tent. I had them hold the money and ship when available. I arrived yesterday well packed with all that was ordered, It did have 2 small dings on one door but i do not think this was a packaging problem. I have not unpacked everything but did not find the installation instructions yet. I will say so far my experience with SuperCloset has been outstanding. I will update when up and running.

I bought the standard grow system. I recieved terrific customer service from McMahon and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I recieved it in a timely fashion which is above and beyond especially with this covid-19 going on. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.Thank you McMahon and the whole staff.

Everything came on time and was easy to put together.one thing to take in mind if you're looking at buying a grow system is if you have 5g wifi the dongle for the light,smart plug and camera will not connect. Other than that it's a great product.

Supercloset delivered everything they promised! The kit has it all. I wish they had some set up videos but we found some similar to ours on YouTube and figured it out. Also they delivered even faster than they said on their website in the middle of all the COVID stuff.

everything is a little pricier for what you could otherwise buy through amazon. the cabinet is nice, but it's too small for something like the bubbleponic 16 system. the massive KIND LED light i also feel is way too overkill for the 2x4 cabinet and can possibly give off light damage to your plants. definitely do not buy this if you live in a warmer area or unless you have incredibly good AC with enough space to fit the cabinet in. otherwise, each piece individually is great, as is the customer service. but make sure you know your space before you buy.

Amazing customer service and advice! Great products! I would recommend using Led instead of cfl in the super box. Or buy a larger closet. First time grower and in 2 months they are doing great!

Called up today about my recently purchased super flower cabinet and we greeted by sales rep. McMahon. He was Patient friendly and knowledgeable help with all my questions recommended supplies and nutrients suited to my ideals and help me to understand my system and its uses and how to avoid common hydroponic problems. He went beyond the call of duty with me and the help I needed cant recommend him and them enough.

An executive named Miles has really assisted me with all my queries in an excellent manner. Really impressed. You gotta buy your things from here if you wanna get the highest yields!

The supersite 32 is a great system works perfectly fine you just have to use a little less then the recommended 35 gallons in the reservoir. Or it overflows. Customer service was great made sure I had everything I needed and answered all questions

Bought the Superbox last year and while its nice as an entry level hydro box needed more space and a LED light to get bigger yield. Enter the Superflower..the full size fridge vs the mini fridge...😁 At 1st thought I made a mistake as it's very large (6'x3'x2') but once I got my 1st grow underway am completely satisfied. Gives me all the space I need to do seed to harvest grows. 1st SF grow almost complete and the quality and yield are a big step up from my Superbox grow. The Kind LED light is amazing and will cut a week off my grow time easily. If you have the space the Superflower is highly recommended!

The product came as promised on time and was packed better than anything I have ever received via delivery and we have lots of deliveries. We are really impressed so far and can now start growing with this really simple but high tech set-up. Super excited so TY SuperCloset.. :-)

I ordered a Grow system - tent and bubble growing set with lights for $3500. I am on MONTH 3 and I have still NOT RECEIVED EVERYTHING to set it up. I have sent OVER four dozen e-mails and spoken to SuperCloset, the Shipping Company, & my credit card company, over a dozen times. I have also been endlessly checking UPS tracking numbers to see if the missing parts are coming. I really don't know how they are in business with such poor service and only one person being the speaker of the company. The initial set came after a month and a half of calling and pleading for the order to be delivered. Since then I have had multiple problems discovering them one by one, first the itemized list that comes with the system is completely wrong, as is any instructional videos to assemble it, and instructional paperwork. Then when I started inquiring about the missing parts, they had the audacity to tell me that they work on COMMISSION, so time spent with me is time not MAKING MONEY. I was also forwarded a disparaging e-mail saying that I (the customer) sent them a random photo of the wrong part. WOW - amazing since I was following the labeling that they sent. I also tried to order some missing tubing from Lowe's, which also turned out to be the incorrect size because the sizes listed on SuperCloset's paperwork are completely wrong. They need to get their stuff together, organize themselves, pack and label correctly what they are going to ship, and get the set to the customer. I still cannot use the system because I don't have all of the key parts, so it has been several months of aggravation and lip service from a company with a website that brags about awards, but I can't imagine from whom since the sales person himself told me that so many orders have been cancelled because of shipping issues. All in all I sent them over 56 e-mails and got nothing resolved.

The system is amazing

The only criticism I have is that I was not told of the name of the shipping company that would be delivering. In the modern days of call spoofing, my phone kept saying possible scam when the actual shipping company was calling. If I had known of the procedure and company name, I would have picked up the phone much sooner - other than that I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and will confidently buy more “stuff” from the super closet crew!! thanks again and stay healthy!!

This cabinet is amazing. I've put it together in probably 30 minutes. Takes longer to open the boxes that it takes to set it up. Need two sets of hands for installing the filters.
Everything is included. Everything seems like really good quality. I can confidently recommend a grow system from super closet.

I wanted to first say that I appreciate the professional courtesy that I’ve received from McMahon. I’ve had quite a few questions and he’s answered them in a timely manner. I would also like to thank the build and shipping department. The equipment I ordered was built with care and the included components were clearly carefully packed using a load plan. That shows initiative from the company. You may be able to DIY and save some money, but why would I take a risk when I can pay a bit extra and get a guarantee, not only a guarantee of product quality and careful QC, but also a guarantee of live future grow support. I also encountered a situation where I needed to cancel an item and it was taken care of quickly. I hope to continue to do business with this company for a long time.

I started my first grow in my Superstar and and I wouldn't be where I'm at without the help I've received from the folks at SuperCloset. The videos they sent me prior to my cabinet's arrival helped me with set-up and prepared me for the seemingly complex task of growing from seed on my first grow ever. Miles, from the support staff, has been available for my questions all along the way. Thanks SuperCloset! 100% Satisfaction!

My closet showed up with the light not working I call and Newton took care of me right away it only took a week to get my new light. He was great my supercloset works great I an extremely happy thank you again Newton
