I am not usually a review writer, but I wanted to give credit where it is very well deserved. My husband and I were shopping for best options to grow at home any time of year, and we came across super closet. We decided to call to see if there were some recommendations to guide us in the proper direction. What a great experience!!!
First of all, I did have some trouble getting through, but I kept trying back. When I got an answer, it was a gentleman named McMahon Newton. He spent over an hour and a half with us discussing the various product options, as well as what he recommended. It was very calming to feel like someone that knew their products and how to care for the products you can produce with them. It was a great all together. He is an expert grower, and proficient to say the least. He will absolutely not up sell you anything. You will be very pleased with the customer service this company provides. As a customer that purchased from them, I get continued grow support! I have used it too! I’m a first timer. I am not an avid grower of anything, so I need a lot of codling.
My items have taken longer than expected to arrive, but within their promised delivery time frame. (COVID-19 has caused shipping delays everywhere.) I cannot comment about the products yet, but super loser carries the best of the best. Kind LED, lotus nutrients, and gorilla tents to name a couple. If you want quality products and excellent customer service; SUPERCLOSET all day long. Thank you McMahon for your continued support and guidance. -Jen V

I had another great experience and felt like it deserved another review.

When I first received everything in my 2x4 super tent hydroponics system I was very overwhelmed on trying to figure out how I wanted to set it up, but once I talked to McMahon on the initial set up, it was just me over thinking every step, and he put my mind at ease.

I recently had my seedlings sprout and i was super nervous because I couldn't tell if they were ready to be transplanted, and then I started to get overwhelmed again because I dont have experience with an led light, or growing for that matter.

The reason I was so overwhelmed was only because I wanted to see if I could do it all by myself, and I kind of felt like my questions were too stupid to call in and ask their support.

Yesterday, I wrote up a list of questions and I was speaking with Miles. After speaking with Miles, I came to the conclusion that I should have just called them from the beginning because I overthink too much. Miles walked me through all of my questions, and threw in valuable information that answered questions that I never thought of even asking. The question I had that I felt was a stupid question was, how do I fill up the reservoir once its all built? He gave me 3 possible solutions to fill up the reservoir.

Never once in both of my experiences with McMahon and Miles did I ever feel like they were just trying to rush me off the phone and get to their next sale. Miles said "I have 2 hours left on the clock, and if you need to talk to me for the next 2 hours, i'm all yours" when he said that it made me feel a lot more comfortable and relaxed for the next steps in the process. Obviously a salesman cares about his sales, but both experiences I had you can tell there was more care that their customers were satisfied and relaxed. Thank you both again!!

PS There are some low reviews on here for 1-3 stars, and they are about shipping. Those reviews can be safely ignored. There is a warning on the homepage, and a warning before you check out, that due to covid and supply chain issues a complete package can take up to 30 days to arrive. They also use UPS as their carrier so any shipping issues caused by UPS is in no way SuperClosets fault.

Well we haven't recieved our order yet but we have waited more than a month and had many issues with shipping so far, disappointed in the lack of communication and the fact that there is no tracking number or any notifications about shipping at all from Supercloset... don't know when or if we'll receive the order

I chose 4 due to the amount of time it took to get shipped out but the product is 5 star

Initial order was short shipped with no notification and I wasn’t happy. McMahon followed up with me on the missing item and got it shipped out to me right away. He also provided the links to the installation instructions as I noted that only the tent instructions were included.

In an effort to make me confident that they were the number one brand on the market, he even cut me a great deal on an LED light for my Gorilla tent, but threw some swag in a box to boot.

Customer Service is hands down the best you could ask for. If there was an issue with my order they let me know right away. I also received a call after my order arrived to make sure everything arrived in good condition. Going over the fulfillment sheet I could see that the warehouse was diligent in their quality control and was extremely satisfied. Will order again! 10/10
