My Supercloset
My Supercloset experience has been great so far, I’m readily expecting a delivery soon on my new Superstar Hydroponic Grow Box. William Newton was very attentive and able to assist me on purchase and guarantee a safe grow community I look forward to be apart of.
No Product. No Refund.
Wow. Where to start. The product never showed so I contacted Supercloset. They said they had no record of my order. After pushing and pushing it was discovered they had the order under the wrong name. So then they said they finally will ship it. More months go by and no product. They argue that I received the order despite the tracking number clearly showing it never arrived at my address. They say they'll give a refund. Never happens. I'm forced to open a dispute with paypal. Now they still argue and say I received the product. Here we are 6 months from the original order and no product or refund. What more can I say?
Edit Update: I want to be clear that I am 100% an honest person. This is all fact and true. I have definitely had a "genuine experience" with this company.
Edit Update 2: Well I guess I am a liar. My SO just informed me that no claim was made with Paypal as apparently we waited too long. Guess that's what I get for trying to be patient with my order. I was lied to over and over that one was made. No matter what though I'm still out over $2,000 from this purchase with no product or refund.
Good product, AMAZING service
Very long review; don’t do this often, but it felt deserved. Bottom line up front, would highly recommend this company.
Purchase – 5 out of 5
Purchase was smooth and easy. As a complete novice, I called ahead of time to discuss the pros and cons of the various products offered; the rep literally spent two hours on the phone going over every little detail; we talked about the space and climate I had, the goals of what I wanted to achieve, and went from there. Ended up with the 5x5 tent setup with 1000 XL light. Took about 4 days to put the package together, delivery about a week later. Only issue was the package was supposed to ship with a medium, but due to weight restrictions it did not. I called to ask about this; and since they never talked to me about it before hand, they sent me well over $100 worth of stuff free of charge to try and make up. Was very satisfied. 5 out of 5.
Product – 5 out of 5 (assuming issue 1 was addressed)
Overall, high quality design and product. ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED; but was easy enough. By myself took about 3 hours (save your palms, wear gloves with rubber). The germination kit worked great. Tent is of extremely high quality. LED light has proven adequate. The oxygenated DWPR system has given great results. When researching I saw some comments suggest it was overpriced, to that I’d say: 1) you get what you pay for; 2) the real benefit here is the customer service (see below). Small issues: 1) Bubbleflow buckets did leak when received. I’m fairly certain it was a minor design flaw (intake was screwed in from the outside, but the seal was on the inside, couldn’t make it airtight). $2 plumbers putty fixed the problem. Called customer service, was informed the ops team was actively working on addressing that one. Can’t speak to if they did, but due to the rest of my experience I’d have faith. 2) Very minor thing with the light; it’s operational interface is routed through the Wi-Fi; but the chipset isn’t set up to work on most modern Wi-Fi setups. Had to get a secondary router, dedicated to the light, and have to connect to that router to access the interface. IT IS AN AWESOME LIGHT, and can be run easily on presets or be highly customized. Gripe here is just on the Wi-Fi setup, which most lights don’t provide in the first place. 3) Not an issue, just a note: Advertised, the 5x5 can fit 6 buckets; I started with 4, and the light is PERFECT for that coverage. That said, I can definitely see that 6 may have been a stretch in terms of pure penetration and intensity. Again, I want to be clear here – the 1000XL definitely covers the tent; and works perfect for four plants. As with ANY 5x5 setup, if you’re going 6+ plants, you may want a smaller one on the side. In terms of effectiveness, light gets a 5 out of 5. Maybe a 4 out of 5 in terms of use just because of the Wi-Fi.
SERVICE
I’ve already provided a couple of examples, BUT THIS IS THE REASON YOU GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! RATED 100 OUT OF 5 (yes, that is typed as intended). They advertise this as part of their package, and it’s ultimately the reason I went through them instead of others. Still, I did not expect it to be as awesome as it was. They will, happily, teach you how to do this. I was a complete novice coming into this (still am in a lot of ways), and obviously a hydro setup was a little intimidating. The video series they send you still leaves a lot of questions. Day before I planned initial germination, called the customer service line and was connected with Debbie (hopefully I can name drop), she literally spent an hour with me, answering every minute little question, about germination…very simple process but nevertheless she took the time to walk me through absolutely everything. For the next month or so, I would call her up 2-4 times every week with this question or that question, and she ALWAYS answered my questions or solved my issues.
I started getting yellow spots on the leaves, what do I do? Send me a picture…oh it looks like you’re a little light on cal/mag, add 150 ppm to your water source and flush it through, then call me tomorrow. My roots are looking a little moldy! I forgot to order something! The leaves are drooping! what do I do? Send me a picture, do XYZ. Call me later (you get the pattern).
I mean I could keep going on, this was literally multiple days a week, every week, for months. Even more, she was excited to help. Really made me feel good about the whole process, and well informed throughout. I still call her every other week or so, mainly just for a status check. If you haven’t picked up the pattern yet, her response every time…send me a picture, OK this is what you do.
Probably going to take a two week break before round 2. Because of the service, I feel much more confident going into it this. But it absolutely does not matter if I am or not, because if needed, all I have to do is make a call, send a pic, and listen :)
Amazing service, amazing products
I have only just received and setup my tent, hoping to have some growth in the next couple weeks. McMahon was paramount in my decision to purchase the item I did and made myself and my wife feel very comfortable during the process. We are new to growing but feel the ongoing advice will be tremendous. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been growing for a year now. I grow big! Every time. Mcmann has been a great mentor during this past year. I literally get a 1/4 pound consecutively with my super star. I mean some beautiful stuff. I’ve amazed myself. Just purchased the new xl220 kind light. Mcmann has been a friend from the start and I can’t thank you guys enough.

The answer is simple"Plant Count Laws" These closets utilize Old School and New School Technology to hide your experimental strains. State Inspector's will think they are just metal filling cabinets.

No support, very disappointed
I purchased a cabinet from this company with no prior experience. Part of my decision was based on their promise of ongoing support. I am sad to report that after many attempts, via email and phone and also a request for help through their website not once did they ever respond. I feel like it was a completely wasted purchase as the product never worked as promised.
Honesty and integrity
Great team over at super closet and grow strong industries as a whole. They will help you every step of the way. Best Choice I ever made as a grower was buying a supercloset!
Supercloset makes it straight forward, organized, and most importantly easy to grow, I’ve been growing in my super flower closet since January 2020 and have never stopped. Not only was the equipment they sold me top notch the grow support is absolutely invaluable. I have only had many great phone encounters with their horticulture experts that have walked me through each and every individual process to grow the best trees possible. I would recommend buying a supercloset to anybody new to growing or even a seasoned grow professional. I have no complaints after spending everyday since January 2020 working with my super flower closet and every tree I grow has impressed me more than the last one.

As it was my first indoor hydro grow, there was much to be learned.
Debbie, my grow guru soon became very important in my life. Not only was she my guide, she (as I felt) became a trusted friend guiding me though steps along my new journey daily and weekly.
I miss our banter on the other side. I altered the ventilation by creating my own exhaust and intake situations to accommodate the closet space I was using. Ran new 20amp power to closet for set up. Supercloset was a perfect set up for my first grow. I would love to alter the closet in several ways. But respectfully, am forever thankful for my first real grow experience.
5 plants yielded just over 6 -7 oz of Blackberry Kush that has been knockin the socks off of everyone. I quit allowing it to be available after sharing the first 2-3oz. Gotta let it cure, right?
If I could bring flowers( real bouquet) and treat Debbie to a brunch and give her a giant hug, I would. On the other side I feel so comfortable relying on Ms. Ferrin’s advice on everything moving forward. And am stoked on the friendship Debbie has graciously allowed me to be a part of.

He really knows plants and technology and was able to explain the functionality of the supercloset products excellently. I'm definitely going to get one of these units in big part due to his customer service. I'll be recommending them to my friends. My Superbox has been great! My grow is going well and everything was easy to get set up and running. I will admit that I had an equipment problem but Debbie Ferrin, my grow associate, was right there with a more than satisfactory solution. I recommend Super closet for anyone looking for a plug and play growing experience.

Super closet in an amazing amazing amazzzing company and I can’t express how satisfied I am not only with their products, planning that goes into all of this so that we as the customers can get started doing this with no prior experience, but most of all I want to make clear how huge of a help having their customer service team is. I recently setup a SuperNova Smart Grow Closet for a project at a college. During setup, we found that a student had caused damage to the pipes on top of the hydroponics kit. I truly cannot express the degree of satisfaction with this company; they have been incredibly understanding, helpful, and willing to take-on issues with shippers-all issues were resolved in a timely manner-they put their customers first-refreshing. I worked specifically with McManhan (he should get a raise)..but the whole team has been just excellent. Looking forward to using the closet-and it was made clear that any assistance needed would be provided. No question where I will go if I need additional product.
