I recently purchased a complete 9X9 super closet and just finish my first run. after one call to the sales department (a long one), I felt like I had enough information to proceed. I was lucky to meet Matt when I came in to place the order and he was very patient, explaining my options, evaluating pricing, and educating me on what to expect. Matt introduced me to McMahon to continue the transaction and get me more detailed tech specs on my products. McMahon is a growing mad scientist! Really, this guy knows his stuff. I probably called him every other day for the first month and he really lived up the the Super Closet "lifetime product support" promise. I have already purchased additional rooms from McMahan and I am very happy with everything that I got. the only exception was that the 12 Bubble bucket system needed some additional engineering which I have done. I am producing the highest quality flowers and the fastest runs in my life. if you are thinking about buying AND YOU ARE WORKING WITH MCMAHAN, you will be very happy with your results.

Okay for a first-time grower I just want to let all other first-timers know stop searching you have found the right system and the folks at superponics excellent customer service excellent follow through and everything is store window clean check 3 times everything is correct nothing was a problem shipping was a breeze and I just want to personally thank superponics for how well they had made this experience from me I recommend all first-time users go through these people they will take care of you

Debbie, Paran and the entire SuperCloset team are incredible. They not only provided our company top notch products that were built with intention, precision and care, they were also quick to resolve any and all issues and questions we had. In my eyes they are the #1 option for indoor growing cabinets as well as growing support. I will exclusively buy from SuperCloset for all of our cultivation needs. I highly recommend you reach out to Paran or Debbie at SuperCloset because they are hands down the best in the business.

Biggest mistake I ever did,
when I saw the supercloset I got very excited and ordered it. They said it was fully automated….blah blah blah.
I went into their page and placed an order for the best I could get for what I was looking for.
When I received it, it came with no instructions at all, many parts to put together, I called and no one picked up, I had to look on YouTube and then I realized that some of the parts that I ordered (expensive parts) were not necessary for what I needed, I called to return them, no answer, I email them for a return authorization and no answer, months later finally someone picked up and said he would send me an authorization code, he never did, neither they answered me anymore and now they say it was too long since the time I ordered and they could not take the items back, which was almost $1000 extra in unnecessary parts. Lesson learned.
They sent the most cheap parts for automatización too, including some mechanical timers which I never used because I replaced it them with smart outlets and I can control everything with my phone, (do not be fooled there is no app to control the super closet) you have to find your own way to do it.
Then their tutorials for plant growing are with this geek doing bad jokes, not serious stuff, and his advise on the tutorials is not helpful, you would do better looking on YouTube.
I would never buy anything again from these people and I would never recommend it to anybody. Do a lot of research before falling for their advertisement.

Please do your research!!! It's been 8 months and two "runs" after my purchase and I feel hosed. I replaced the reservoir, as it cracked during instillation of the chiller. Every bulkhead leaked do to cheap manufacturing leaving a seem on the threads. Lotus nutrients are some of the most expensive on the market. Jack's are superior and costs 4¢/gal . Lastly and most disappointing, the Kind xl1000. It DOES NOT cover a 5x5 as advertised. It is 5 years old technology at a price point equal to the absolute best NEW led lights on the market for 5x5 (Gavita pro1700e, HLG650r, Fluence spyder). I spent $7,000 at superclostet because I was a ignorant new grower and thought I was getting top of the line equipment based on the price. For me Super closet gets a 9/10 on marketing and a 2/10 on product quality.

So this company is great so far and has exceeded my high expectations. The salesperson was great. He worked with me and we actually decided to move up to a better unit that meet all my needs. (Not up selling but needed room for clones and cuttings as well as grow space). He went above and beyond already so, I can’t wait to start growing anything and everything in this beautiful state of the art grow closet! Best deal on “in my opinion” one of the best grow cabinets around! Cheers!

Ordered a $1400 "upgraded closet". Received it beat to death, door is crooked and leaked light and one side bent in the other side dented. Sent pictures weeks ago and still waiting for a reply. Would be nice when you spend a mortgage payment to get some customer service. Sent a follow up email days ago, still no response.

Update, after leaving a bad review, magically someone emailed me back. I was offered the great deal of "A 100$ credit directly back to your card which you can use to pay a handyman to bang the dent out for you.". I dont know about you, but generally when I buy a new item for $1400 I don't expect to have to pay a handyman to bash it with a hammer to make it work as it should. There are other reviews with damaged items and for some reason they get offered a replacement and I get told to bash it with a hammer. Great Customer service. Will update again if they ever respond. Pro tip if your shipment looks damaged when it arrives, refuse it, you wont know the extent of the damage until your get through two boxes of packaging and then the company will not stand by their product and you can pay a handy man to hit it with a hammer for you. So professional

The good stuff is really good. There's nothing about anything that sucks. At least, this is how you feel as a beginner, unwrapping all this stuff.

And I write this now bc I've had time to digest this. I made my order over a year ago now and had one unsuccessful grow and am getting started with another one with changes. Most of my changes have to do with things that I should have learned from Supercloset, not on my own.

Thing 1: Reservoirs should all have plugs, not a pump/valve water changing system. In order to change out water, it is so incredibly challenging to do it without damaging the plants. I think plugs should just be a standard thing. I've drilled my own and added cooler plugs and sealed with silicone. Setup is incredible now and finally makes sense. Plants don't have to be disrupted by all that comes from having to prop up a lid that is the plants' ground level in order to siphon water from a smashed hose connected to a weak pump (that you suddenly realize is way to cheap a pump anyway for what you actually paid) while your plants topple over and possibly break.
This time, I took the useless smaller basin intended for clones and flipped it upside-down, making it a platform for the larger basin exactly the right size to elevate it slightly so that it can drain when I'm freshening up water/nutes. If I topped off with 12 liters in 10 days and the readings are getting whacky, I can easily turn a small power head on (another thing SC should think about including) that disrupts particles on the bottom and helps them to drain largely through the plug, without disrupting roots with lifting lid and harassing the plants with the SC way.

Thing 2: This is my biggest beef and the whole reason I even came back to write this review. I want people who are beginners to really know what they are getting into, like for real. SC won't help you be thrifty, but they will make you feel like you're getting everything and spared no expense. This feeling is a lie resulting from clever marketing. In reality, SC sets you up for needing a whole bunch more stuff. For example, I wanted CO2 for my plants. I knew I would need a tank, but was told that "you won't need anything else." Sort of true...but not really. SC explained that the setup comes with a regulator and a hose that delivers it, but there is no timer or instruction for the fans (which would have to be off when pumping C02; otherwise why bother?). Secondly, you would need a monitor for the levels of C02 and how much is going to be dispensed through the regulator. Easy info for some, but for me, I had to learn on my own without any help from SC. This is why I say earlier that only SC is thrifty. Personally, I spare no expense. I would have given SC however much money it took to get what I wanted, but still they just sold me just enough to make me think I was this bigtime grower and misled me into thinking if I bought a regulator I could safely administer it to plants in my house (no, I don't believe I'm being unfair here).
In reality, I was a dude that got sold a bunch of extra little gadgetry I didn't need from SC. Another easy example of this is the TDS reader that was sold to me in my package, even though my upgraded package included a digital one that was more fancy. Why did I end up having to own two of these things? Their system should be programmed to deduct the cost of one and the actual item and give me the better one. I shouldn't be penalized for upgrading. There are so many examples of this, including but not limited to the PH reader that should have also been deducted when I upgraded to a machine that did that automatically. So really, they are thrifty at times when they want the numbers to look good, so they leave out those air-shut-off timers and that C02 monitoring part (at least $200.00 extra bucks it would cost) that you need to actually run the C02 (and plus an extra timer in addition to the one you need to shut the fans off).
Lastly (I want to be done with the negativity, here, but I'm being real and its based on experience), I don't like how there are not more detailed explanations about hydroponic feeding. I like the schedule, but nowhere on it does it even specify if this is for hydro. For a beginner who is already not the brightest, I struggled with this. It wasn't cool that nothing explained anywhere (I watched and read EVERYTHING) about how to change out water properly and maintain nute levels, etc. And all the videos were with tomato plants, which...anyway.

SC is truly a decent company. Their product was built well, with the exception of the pipes where the cords go thru-they fall.

If you’re shopping around stop and buy from these guys! I spent weeks debating different systems but let me California roots guide me to supercloset. They don’t tell you that you get a cool friend named McMahon to help you throw the growing process. Yes the system (I went with superstar cabinet) is top notch but the service is even better! I write this review after my first grow/harvest so I KNOW that these people at Supercloset are top notch!

Amazing company, amazing support, superior products. If you have a question, they'll answer it, quickly and correctly. I've been a customer since summer 2020 and these guys, through and through, have been super helpful and easy to work with. The products work as expected and all components are high quality and top brand. They do everything they can do to make your experience as seamless as possible. Highly recommend to anyone from beginner to expert grower.

OK. So I usually don't write reviews and I'm skeptical to believe then alot of the time anyways. But this place truly does deserve it. Placed my order Feb 6. Realized with lead times I may bit be here still before leaving for work. I called them and immediately got in contact with Paaron. He was extremely helpful and quick and needless to say he is working with me on my situation to make this work. Keep in mind he physically had to go talk to assembly and shipping and also go above and beyond to achieve this. I couldn't be any happier and I cannot wait to receive my supernova flower. Ppl who dog these things. I may not have this one yey but I've built my own and I know these setups work. Also, A friend of mine has this me and it runs beautifully. From the product I've seen, and my contact with the company, id rate it 6 stars if I could. I will be ordering with them for time to come.

Can’t say enough good, it’s as easy as can be to get started. The equipment was easy to set up but the customer service is where the real value is. They have been there every step of the way for me because I had NO CLUE what I was doing, now I feel like I’m a pro for real! Highly recommended

Let me first say that McMahon and Perring have gone out of their way to make sure my order was on point. It took about six weeks to get my cabinet and then when I unpacked it the cabinet was beat to death during shipping. Without hesitation though they shipped me a brand new cabinet and I got it about two weeks later. The new cabinet has a few minor quirks but nothing I can’t easily fix.

All the other accessories were correct and overall I am pleased with the product and the service. Finally got a couple girls under the Kind LED’s and after a long wait I am happy with the setup. The whole system rocks and is worth the time you may have to wait on it.

Would I recommend SuperCloset to my friends? Absolutely.

Worst deal on the market, with inadequate instructions and useless warranty

Most overpriced hydroponic system on the market, with an absolute worthless 3 year warranty coverage and flawed instructions/support. Was so dissappointed I built my own for under 60, works way better than low quality air bubbler and water pump......

What can I say about the service that McMahon gives? First of all, I ordered my hydroponic grow tent on November 27th, and as of December 15th it showed that it was still processing. I called McMahon (not to complain), but as a concerned customer (hoping to get it by Christmas). He said that he would personally check on it (and he did) and would call me back with a status. It appeared that the holdup was that the order was awaiting a timer. He brought the packaging crew a timer that he had on hand and my shipment arrived a week later. Upon arrival, there were three items missing, I called him again, and told him what I was missing. He had me take pictures (as verifiable proof) and it was in the mail via UPS the same day. This is a guy who loves his job and loves making customers happy, as it shows by his outstanding service and communication skills. I will continue doing business with Super Closet, as this guy cannot go unnoticed. Thanks McMahon, you are awesome.
