Any and I mean any questions or issues were and are taken care of promptly. Mcmahon is on point and patient as I am an old dirt guy an a lil paranoid with hydro.

I want to take a moment and offer you some feedback on my experience with SuperCloset. The closet is everything I expected and more. It's well built and functions like a fine tuned machine. In particular, I want to single out McMahon Newton for his integrity and support. His customer service, after the sale, has been exceptional. I have never been more pleased with any purchase and would encourage you to keep him happy and around. His knowledge is only exceeded by his eagerness to be helpful. McMahon and Danny are awesome. Evan though they are slammed, they went out of their way make sure I got my issue resolved. My Man McMahon has been super helpful from day 1! Customer service matches the quality product. Looking forward to working with this team in the future! The customer service is outstanding, despite the admittedly longer lead times for shipping and the occasional tardy return calls / emails. This is due to understaffing / pandemic issues else 5 stars. However, Once you get McMahon on the phone, he will bend over backwards to provide great customer service!
The products themselves are of the best quality, with great features & designs. Highly recommend!

So I ordered 4 weeks ago call two days ago man physically went down where ever to find out how far along my order was said didn’t make the cut this week but leaving first thing next. Awesome customer service.

I am a recently turned 65 year old. Why do I have to bring that up? Simply because for decades I have been passion filled regarding the growing of my own herb medicine. A perfectly built box is only half of the importance. Supercloset also runs a business where customer service is taken every bit as seriously, as the units themselves. This is a true first for me. Do not ask how many growing boxes have landed in our home over the years, and the unsavory folks I've had to deal within the respective companies, should there ever be an issue. For me, Cannabis is 100% about love, but dealing with some companies out there has been a nightmare. No serious business should be run that way. Supercloset is at the very top of the heap in quality, AND their business ethic. And on top of all of that, keep in mind that I ordered in some of the worst times ever, namely the pandemic. Besides that, a lot of devastation with California fires also going on not far from the company. Supercloset was forthright letting me know that delivery times had to be extended, but at the end of the day, not for all that much time. My personal love is indoors in soil, and that is what is now the heartbeat of our home. This box is the first unit in our home that I know will stand the test of time. At the end of the day, this made my purchase the most economical. I ordered the Nova, which is very large. It can accommodate many plants, but I am the odd duck. Presently 2 plants in their respective 7 gallon cloth pots are having the time of their lives....and so am I :) I would also like to take a moment that I've saved for last....McMahon has taken incredibly personal and sincere care about any question I've ever thought of. A big shout out to another brilliant mind who is on their team, Perrin. O.K. perhaps too many words above, but I am just so grateful to have crossed Supercloset's doorway.

I ordered the 5x5 and it came with everything that was represented. It took longer than usual maybe because of the pandemic. Anyway I'm 100% satisfied with everything that you provided for me to start my garden. Keep up the loyalty to your customers

They have a notorious wait for your order which makes me hesitant with ordering from supercloset again. (Took a half of star for that). However, after reaching out, they were able to give me the information I needed and my packages was on the way. (Gave half star back). When I received my package I was able to put it together through an online source because superclosest doesn't supply that to you right away or at all. Im not sure. (Minus half a star). After assembled, the tubings weren't long enough for the motor to stay submerged in the water, I had to stick it on the side or put something under it to hold it up hoping nothing disconnects. (Minus half star). Im still in the beginning stages of using the product.

Pandemic & Fires!!! Throughout it all they got the Job done! Patience is a strong virtue through these difficult times and despite all the challenges posed, SuperCloset Delivered! Thank you to the team and customer service for keeping me informed. When I say informed, I mean they kept it real and told me real things and real problems that they were running in to. They did not lie or play around, they told me what was going on and kept it as real as anyone could :))

I left a 4-star review. It's on my profile here under product reviews, but TrustPilot won't allow me to post it. It lets me edit it all day long. It also won't let me cut and paste my review on this post (which obviously we all see), so I ain't writing two pages again.

Great product, great service under the circumstances, positive people. But don't waste $200 on the CO2 - the regulator doesn't dial down enough for the closet I bought it with (and my inquiry hasn't been answered). And My yoyo clips were broken, so I had to improvise hanging my lights.

Buying from Super Closet has been a wonderful, top notch experience. Not only has Newton helped me with a major issue but all the products purchased from them are quality that you can trust. I was missing part of my order and after contacting Super Closet’s customer service I was put in contact with Newton. I was missing a complete dryer tent which had me freaking out. He told me all would be okay and he would have the tent sent out immediately. During these times don’t be alarmed if there are small delays with your shipping. The Super Closet team is doing the best they can to get product out. With that said, I cannot wait to order from them again soon. Customer service at its finest. Thank you SUPER CLOSET!

Honestly, I can’t get anything in-stock or delivered on time these days so I assumed somewhat of a wait time on shipping. That aside, the package arrived with all components accounted for. Packaging was discrete and minimal for a 9x5 (greatly appreciated). Set-up is smooth and easy to follow. I’ve gotten a lot of great input from McMahon after point of sale which is far more than I expected in terms of customer care. I’m really happy with the unit and looking forward to more expert guidance. Hope some things ease up for people, but this thing is quite simple to set-up especially for a beginner like myself.

I would love to give them a higher rating, but I still haven’t received all of my order. I ordered a SuperStar in July. It took longer than expected, but I already knew that things were delayed because COVID. No worries. However, when I received my box, it was missing lights, the thermometer/hygrometer, the power strip, the fan, and a couple cables. I contacted them and McMahon was very quick to respond and he let me know that some of those items were on back order. I had not been notified of this at all prior to receiving my shipment so that was a little frustrating. I received another box the following week, but it was still missing the thermometer/hygrometer. I have written multiple emails now and I haven’t gotten any reply. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.

I cannot contact anyone for product support. I have tried emails and all company extensions on numerous occasions. I have several issues with my provided, new system. I have been left on my own to resolve with NO support. Having to leave a negative review for what appeared to be a KIND company is disheartening.

McMahon took care of everything! Thank you sir you did exactly what you said you would and got my order out and everything was correct!!

Received my Trinity system just about when I expected it 6 weeks after ordering. This is spelled out all over the website that shipping times are taking a hit due to COVID, and they estimate up to 6 weeks.

The packaging job was like nothing Is ever seen! Things were packed so securely it took me half an hour to get everything out, best packaging job I’ve ever seen!

System is expensive but you’re paying for a complete system without running to the hydro store 50x because you don’t know what you need. For the people complaining about the price, go out and build your own system if you want to piecemeal your own stuff together.

My only complaint is the lack of communication from the shipping department. I had items on back order that I wasn’t made aware of until I asked about the missing pcs, and I got a call from the shipping company to schedule a drop off several days before I got the email that my system had shipped. Kind of minor issues since I got most of the system when I expected it.

Sales and growing advice are top notch and they’ll hold your hand through the growth cycles the entire time! The lights are powerful and plentiful, and the system runs cool and (relatively) quiet.

There’s also the fact that Perrin and McMahon deach donate a kidney to a puppy in need every month for the past few years (don’t know who’s kidney nor do I know how many kidneys a puppy needs but not my concern).
These guys will take care of you and bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied.
