Abandon all hope
They do not know what they are doing, they use pre-made prompts, barely speak english and repeat the same thing many times. I lost my account with battle pass due to their mistake and they are not willing to make it up to me. I like COD but i stopped playing it because of their horrible support.

J'ai écris à deux reprises au service client Activision car j'ai demandé de clôturer mon compte Outlook à Microsoft il y a de cela plus de quinze ans. J'ai oublié de changer l'adresse mail associé à mon compte Activision est par chance, celui ci est toujours relié à mon compte Sony. Mais impossible de procéder au changement de l'adresse mail est le service client Activision me répond ceci :
-"Je comprends votre situation par rapport à la difficulté à changer l'adresse e-mail de votre compte Activision, je sais que cela peut être frustrant et je voudrais vous aider avec votre demande, mais nous ne pouvons pas modifier votre adresse e-mail car nous ne sommes pas en mesure de vérifier que vous êtes le propriétaire du compte. Pour des raisons de confidentialité et de sécurité, seuls les propriétaires de compte confirmés peuvent demander des modifications aux détails du compte."
Je leur demande comment faire pour prouver que c'est bien moi car je pourrais très bien leur envoyer une copie de ma pièce d'identité, des captures d'écrans des mes parties sur Ps5 ou de mon compte Sony, ou il y à mes identifiants corrects est mon identité. Mais Activision ne veut rien entendre.
Oui , c'est frustrant car aucune aide de leur part.
J'ai contacté Microsoft mais au delà des 60 jours, ils ne peuvent plus rien faire est impossible de recréer la même adresse mail.

Sou jogador do Call of Duty: Warzone há anos e sempre respeitei as regras do jogo. Desde março de 2025, minha conta entrou em um ciclo de restrições conhecido como shadow ban, limitando minha possibilidade de jogar normalmente. O mais grave é que, mesmo após cada liberação, basta jogar uma única partida para a penalidade retornar, sem qualquer explicação ou prova de violação concreta.
Já entrei em contato com o suporte da Activision mais de quatro vezes. Em todas as ocasiões, recebi a mesma resposta automática, com links genéricos e nenhuma solução real. Além disso, ao tentar apelar da decisão, sou automaticamente informado de que “não sou elegível para apelo”, o que me impede de defender meus direitos como consumidor e jogador legítimo.
Este tratamento é inaceitável, especialmente considerando que paguei por conteúdo e serviços dentro do ecossistema da Activision. Me sinto desrespeitado, ignorado e punido sem justificativa. Não existe nenhum canal funcional de atendimento humano que realmente avalie o caso.
Deixo este relato como um apelo público por respeito ao consumidor, transparência nos processos de restrição de conta e compromisso com a experiência dos usuários fiéis da franquia. Enquanto a empresa não resolver essa situação, continuo impossibilitado de usufruir de um serviço pelo qual paguei.

Activision is the Temu of video games! Except, Temu is farrrrrr better than this trash company! So my wife purchased a specific bundle, and because of a bug(having to do with Activision… NOT MEEE) the new guns that she just paid for, will not load into a game as is! The only way we can get them to even semi-work, is if we change attachments on it! But when you change attachments, it literally defeats the purpose of purchasing the SPECIFIC GUNSSS! They don’t shoot like the guns she purchased… they don’t look like the guns she purchased! She contacted the useless Activision support, and they gave her every excuse in the book! They tried giving her steps to take to try to make these guns work again… we tried literally everything, and still nothing! She can and will not receive a refund, or even a credit for another bundle! So she literally just paid Activision for NOTHING! I highly recommend playing Fortnite! 😂 or if you do continue playing BO6, do NOT GIVE THOSE RATS YOUR MONEY!

I have created an activision account a long while ago with an non-existent e-mail adress, because i misspelled it while writting. Now that I want to make changes to my account, like unlinking my Xbox account from my Activision account, I don`t get the verification code and I can`t do it. Everytime I open a ticket about it, they say that I can`t prove that I`am the owner of my account and then close the ticket without hearing my response. I mean, i play the game everyday and I AM THE OWNER OF THE TWO ACCOUNTS THAT ARE LINKED TO IT, how can I not prove that i`am the owner of it. Activision support sucks balls
Falsely banned for 10 years
Hello, My name is Mahmoud I have been Falsely banned for 10 years on Call of Duty Mobile. If you ask me how well one day A message popped up on my Call of duty mobile saying that I have violated behavior rules, although I don't remember what rules I have truly violated since I didn't use a cheat or abused glitches on this game. So I had to go through the ban appeal section so that I know what reason I got banned and it turns out that the ban appeal didn't detect any sort of ban on my Activation account which led to me being falsely banned and now I have to wait 10 years till the ban expires but I won't stand it so I had gone to the activation support for help. I went to the security and Enforcement section and it turns out there is no submitting a ticket. So I went to another section called app troubleshooting and selected the topic "I cannot connect to the game" There was submitting a ticket choice so I did and guess what I put every single detail about my ban and screenshots. then 10 minutes later I got a message from the call of duty team saying that they could not do anything because it was a security and enforcement team order and they could not change the ban nor remove it. So I did the same thing again and again for months then I lost hope in the security team so I gave up. then a year and two months later I went back to get my account the ban was still there and I tried to message the support team but I didn't get help. this is unfair to me I wasted 3 years playing this game to kill time I also spent a lot of money on this game.

Blijkt dat je per platform maar 1x per 12 maanden mag ontkoppelen, zogenaamd voor jouw eigen veiligheid. maar meer voor eigen ongemak. ze willen gewoon dat je al je progressie kwijt raakt en zo meer geld gaat uitgeven 1e klas oplichters, zonder service. ben 5 jaar voortgang kwijt. ze hoefden maar 1x een account los te koppelen.

I seriously wonder if they even know what "Support" means. They don't respond to anything, you can't contact them to appeal ban, while you just ended up in a shadowban loop for no reason at all.
They don't say or communicate anything about it while they only focus on selling pathetic operator skins. That is where their priority lies. Taking money from people.
In the meantime, after my 4th shadowban, I have uninstalled this game from my PC because I am completely done with it now.
80 euros and 1100 cod points just flushed down the toilet.

Je tombe que sur des tricheurs, donc un ami m'a dit de regarder sur votre site pour les bannissements.
Quel a été ma surprise quand j'ai vue que j'ai été en matchmaking limité pour une potentielle violation !
J'ai joué à tous les opus précédents et j'ai toujours joué avec le cœur et la passion et je n'ai jamais triché ou bien manquer de respect à un joueur !
Sur mon compte Black ops 6 je suis maître prestige avec tout ce qui s'ensuit avec des achats que j'ai fait également sur le jeu et vous m'empêchez de jouer .
J'ai bien vu la dégradation se faire de votre jeu car il y avait beaucoup de tricheur mais cela fait une quinzaine d'années que je joue à call of duty et je n'ai jamais été banni.
J'espère honnêtement que vous ferez quelque chose sinon je serais contraint à contrecoeur de porter plainte .
Et s'il vous plaît ne travaillez plus avec votre système de anti triche Ricochet il est vraiment obsolète...

Been playing call of duty 150 Hrs + per…
Been playing call of duty 150 Hrs + per game (get a life I know) since the original MW2. Since Cold War I have been put into a limited match making state 20+ times each time taking 5-35 days to resolve. I can’t play the game because they refuse to respond to these false limited matchmaking states. Their security and enforcement team is unreachable and I’m starting to doubt they exits. Their anti cheat is so bad you get punished for being good at the game. Their support team is utterly useless. All of their responses are copy and pasted I wouldn’t be surprised if there where no real works and it was just an AI programmed to respond automatically. Activision is a great example for all that is wrong with corporate greed, they genuinely could not care any less about their community and people who play their games. DO NOT BUY ANY SKINS/BUNDLES OR ANY OF THEIR GAMES. THEY ARE PATHOLOGICAL LIARS AND THE LOWEST OF LOW.
