Voice band is getting outta hand yall need to get the crybabies outta the game instead of the ones that are good. It’s rated mature if that can’t handle a cuss word then they shouldn’t be playing the game

This dogshit company does not give a shit about the customers and gamers. They only care for all the money people waste on this game. All it does is crash. Chat banning is a joke, its rated M for a reason get the dumbass kids who get butthurt over name calling to get off the damn game. Your updates havent fixed shit. You can pick up perk packs and glitch out. Some of the most simple shit it the game doesnt even work correctly. Half the time anybody cheating can play the game freely while your worried about some snowflakes getting hurt feelings over proximity chat. Fix you're shit ya worthless company.

Been playing cod my whole life and at a competitive level , this company is ungrateful to it's community i recieved a shadow ban for literally no reason just cause if you are better than your opponents and they get mad and report you the dogshit system bans your account and all the hackers are hacking and having fun while the innocents gets banned just so they can brag about it and say
" We have banned more than 130000 accounts "

Bannato permanentemente senza alcun motivo. Gioco a Cod da 15 anni, in maniera totalmente pulita. Il mio account su cui ho speso tempo e soldi è totalmente perso, senza possibilità di recuperarlo, perché il loro grandioso sistema di anticheat ha iniziato a bannare le persone corrette ed a tenere i cheater nel gioco. Activision è ormai in declino più totale.

I've been playing Call of Duty Mobile since 2020 and yesterday I tried to log into the game and suddenly all my data was gone. No more credits, no more CODs, all the skins and of course all the weapons and progress I've made over the years. If I was able to solve a ticket for the last problem, Activision shows how to successfully chase away its customers. The support options don't help anyone, the possibility to open a ticket is no longer given, at most a feedback and a bug, whereby I am one hundred per cent sure it will end up in digital nirvana. I have a good mind to sue this company, because it can't be that they hate their players so much that they refuse any contact and leave the players to deal with the damage. And I know that nobody from the company wants to take responsibility or comment here.

Absolutely terrible chat banning system. As if it isn't bad enough with all the hackers, aim bots, cheating etc. Now if another team is a sore loser, all they have to do is report you for fraudulent offensive voice and text chat. Then, boom. You're chat is banned for 14 days all done by automation. They don't have to provide any evidence or anything. They just have to have a bunch of sore losers to report you. And there's no appeals process whatsoever for chat bans. Thus will be the last CoD game I will ever buy. Especially through activision/microsoft.

I have sent to many godamn emails and telling them I lost my email address cause it got hacked and these ai are responding EVERY SINGLE GODAMN TIME THE SAME THING. I swear to god they are robots and not actual real people. I provide proof and they tell me they can’t verify if I own the account. Y’all have billions of dollars but a support website my little brother could do with 1$ what a stupid joke of a company. And when I make a bbb complain they tell me to go to their support website and make a case there. DON’T YOU THINK I DIDN’T TRY THAT ALREADY BUT IT’S THE SAME AUTOGENERATED RESPONSE EVERY SINGLE TIME

Simply put, it's the single worst support experience I've had for anything, EVER. The Spec Ops specialist was so bad, this Roger C person obviously didn't even know the difference between a country and a region! How is someone this poorly informed at the top of their support food chain!? After trying to explain his inaccuracy and pointing out that their "link" is attached to the wrong account of mine, he very purposefully ignored reference to it repeatedly and then forced my case closed marking it as "resolved." He made blatantly bad assumptions then shifted the blame to Sony when in fact anyone could see clearly it's an Activision issue and that it was far from "resolved." How in the world does a company with such a horrific support reputation continue to exist!?? They use all the cut and paste customer service flowery vocabulary to then cut you off and toss you aside when they can't solve the problem.

It’s genuinely not even a support site. There’s no active communication or any beneficial information given on the site, even. This company is an absolute joke.

Activision is arguably the worst company to make a greatly played game by kids that are under teenagers but yet an 18+ game.
I got reported and not even having my mic connected but banned for 3 days.
They can’t figure out how to block hackers on the game but penalize people for no good reason?
You guys are a disgrace to online game play and are probably more than half of the people that are hacking the game.
They need to get bought out by someone.

I tried to log into my account to gift my bf a skin. Needed the 2FA.

Went to the link on Ps5 (AND Tried the website via my phone) both of which got stuck after I entered the account, entered my account name and then got the password pop up from the 2fa. I eventually got so fed up of it accepting the password and doing nothing, that I reset the password and tried again. Nothing is working, it is sayings it's wrong. WHAT IS HAPPENING.

When I attempt to reset my password, I see "Reset password failed.". Additionally, although the website states it accepts 30 characters, the maximum is in some places 20, others 17.

I'm on my second band first one was three days the second one is 14 days now I don't talk to anybody but my own team but for some reason proximity chat doesn't work so therefore people get pissed off when you shoot them start cussing at you then you have words and next you know your band I never want to talk to the other team or anybody within close proximity please fix it and stop punishing people that's not even talk about First Amendment . Activision trying to control what people say and do and how things are being done we pay the bills we pay the bills we make you and your jobs exist get that through your head. Please fix proximity chat it doesn't work it's off on my game and I'm still catching shit from all these other people because our team usually just gets first place.

Tried to link my Twitch-account to my Activision account, except I got an error.
After several days of mailing back and forth with Activision Support, they keep asking the same thing:
- What is your Activision ID
- What is your Twitch
- Can you show us that your account is linked

I already sent my Activision ID in my first mail to support, same for my Twitch.
I had to send screenshots of both, which on the other hand I could understand.
But they keep asking the same thing over and over and over. They even asked if I could provide a screenshot of my account being linked, to which I responded that it is NOT linked due to the error I get.
I also have shown within Twitch that it's supposed to be linked, but within my Activision Account it does not show as linked and I still have to link my twitch.
I genuinely hope that this will be resolved ASAP, as not only I, but other people who watch on Twitch for drops, simply cannot claim them.

I have never had to deal with worse support in my life since I have been writing to them for 2 weeks about the fact that they took away my 3,400 cp according to them I made a refund for some skins from 2 years ago in modern warfare 2 on steam after I sent them my transaction history along with my steam id so they could check if it was legitimate they keep telling me that I made a refund and I have to buy the points all over again despite my obvious evidence that it was not so

Game does not work sinds last 2 updates. Went to online support, no answer. Went to the site and ask for a refund. No answer. Went via the site to a other sort of request, still no answer. The only thing you get from Activision is that you need to buy as many things, so they have more profit. But a normal support is to much to ask. Never going to buy a Activision game again

Activision support is absolute garbage. My activision account is linked to my battle net and my Steam, so I can play on those, but after purchasing Game Pass to try out Black Ops 6, Activision refuses to link my activision account to my Xbox account, and therefore I can't play. I've gotten four different support people in the same thread, all repeating the same steps that I've tried countless times. What an utterly frustrating and useless support team and system. Zero help. They closed my case after repeating the same troubleshooting steps (which I tried, and communicated didn't work - with screenshots!). Absolutely unbelievable. They'll never get a penny from me again or any of my friends.

I have no idea why you would need to log in to raise a ticket in order to get help for Activision's 2FA unlock process not letting you in. Why isn't emailing from the associated email account sufficient?

Absolutely absurd. Activision, could you please review? Looking at all the 1* reviews here and on other forums, I'm hoping you can prioritise supporting your customers a little more.
