Worst support team ever
Worst support team ever. Completely useless and can only spam canned responses. Remove the support option from your site, it's practically the same thing.
I tried to be nice to them but unfortunately, the Indian 20 year olds that "support", can only use their Word templates as answers. AVOID!!!
Activision Support is a Complete Failure - Nonexistent Customer Care
If I could give Activision's support a 0-star rating, I would. Their support system is absolutely horrendous and does nothing to help players with real issues. For months, I’ve been dealing with repeated shadow bans in Call of Duty: Warzone without cause, and every time I submit a support ticket, it’s closed within minutes without any proper investigation or explanation.
Activision Support only gives generic, copy-paste responses that point you to the same policies over and over again, without ever addressing your specific concerns. I’ve submitted multiple tickets, and not one of them has been properly reviewed. Worse yet, I’m constantly told to wait for an “investigation” by the so-called “Security Team,” but no real answers are ever provided.
The support agents clearly don’t care about the players or resolving the issues that disrupt gameplay, and they immediately close tickets without a second thought. There is no escalation process, no direct contact, and no accountability whatsoever. If you encounter an issue with Activision, don’t expect any real support—they will just ignore you and close your case. It’s completely unacceptable for a company of this size to have such atrocious customer service.

support.activision.com is beyond aweful customer services. I have an Email connected to my account i made back in 2011 as a child. I no longer have access to this email for obvious reasons (now a grown man of 27yrs old) so definitely not using an Email i made as a child in my adult life. I want to change the email as to unlink my PSN account it sends a verification to my old Email. I have access to this account via PSN and have provided customer service with every proof of ownership possible. Photos on my account open on webpage with time and date. I have provided my ATVI ID. But unfortently i had been assigned a service agent called "Mario B." who was no help at all. If anything he was working against me. I had spoke to an agent before speaking to Mario B who seemed like he was going to help me with the issue. Unfortently for me Mario B took over the ticket and dismissed everything i had explained , photos the lot. Just copy and pasted the most generic reply, as follows ----- Since you don’t have access to the email address and ATVI ID account in question, we’re unable to verify that you are the owner of the specific email and Activision ID account. Only verified account owners can request changes to account details due to privacy and security concerns, so we will need to close your case. You can still play our games, and you can still log in to the Activision account if you have any accounts linked to it. -----
I have provided ATVI ID. Photo proof of account access Photo of me on the account via PSN. Nothing. for activision this is not enough proof of ownership. only access to a 13yrs old Email is enough to prove its my account. Aweful service.
I will be avoiding all activsion products. I recommed others do the same. Warzone is a live service product without a competent customer service team all issues become a very unreliable consumer service.
Logic went off board
Non logical company, they permaban me since other players hack on the same servers as i randomly joined in warzone. Wrote to them and they said that they will not remove the ban

Da quanto vedo non sono il solo ad essere stato bannato senza motivo.. premetto che non giocavo da un mese quando il 01/08/24 ricevo una mail riportante il ban permanente per utilizzo di software non autorizzati.
Fatto il ricorso dove veniva confermato il ban permanente, ho provato a mandare altre mail per avere uno straccio di prova su questo fantomatico software da me utilizzato, ma non sto ricevendo risposta da un mese quasi. Non so più che fare e se qualcuno ha una soluzione ci aiuti.
Company has major issues with its game…
Company has major issues with its game being broken, anti cheat shadow bans you just because some loser on the other team spam reports which places you in unplayable lobbies and a cycle of getting shadow banned over and over without breaking a single rule. Customer service is completely absent and ignorant to the problem, zero human responses over 2 years. Completely reliant on AI emails to try and pacify anyone who has an issue. I would give zero stars if I could.

Kunden Service ist es einfach egal oder interessiert ist einfach nicht das ein spiel kaputt ist Hauptsache die verdienen genug Geld und habe mit denen auch mehrmals geschrieben bekomme entweder nur die gleiche Antwort das nur Sony das Problem beheben kann es geht um eine Trophäe was sich nicht freischalten lässt was aber nicht mit der Trophäe selbst zu tun hat sondern dass das spiel verhindert das die Trophäe sich freischaltet is liegt ganz klar an den und an dieses game die sind einfach nur faul und sind nicht in der Lage das Problem zu beheben und wenn ich nochmal den fall öffne wird es direkt wieder geschlossen habe auch schon mehr als genug fälle geöffnet und es wird immer wieder direkt geschlossen die können einfach nur noch ein aufregen ich könnte noch so viel schreiben ich aber schlucke es lieber mal runter und seid mehrere Monate warte ich auch bis das Problem behoben wird und wie gesagt es wird nichts dagegen unternommen ich hoffe das irgendwann mal gegen diese Schei... Firma was unternommen wird

Someone hack my account. Couldn’t get into for a while now. Been going back and forth with the support team. Been getting the same email over and over again with no information. Now I permanently ban and can’t get my account back. To make it even better they denied my appeal. All the money I spent on this game and y’all don’t want to help me at all. Bannato senza motivo perdendo ogni progresso, la presa in mano per la richiesta di sban neanche la stanno controllando e sono bannato da una settimana senza motivo dopo che giocavo da due anni. Grandiosi, partite piene di veri hacker e poi il vostro algoritmo vi fa bannare solo persone che non hanno nulla. Complimenti così, sempre così. Hi,
my account has been given a permanent ban. Someone hacked my account and added a steam account to my main original account on the 21/05/24. As soon as I noticed it, i removed it straight off my account, as I got a notication telling me that a steam account with the Username (gwestd 7o) was linked to my Activision account.
On the 1/7/24 I received a notification, via email, that my account was permanently banned for violating the T’s & C’s. I was permanently banned for unauthorized software and manipulation of game data, in breach of article 3.c of Call of Duty Software License and Service Agreement and Terms of Use and the Call of Duty Security and Enforcement Policy. It stated that my account is banned in all current and future Call of Duty titles, in accordance with article 14 of the Terms of Use.
In conclusion to this email I must state that I have NEVER cheated and have NEVER done anything to manipulate the game. Please do the required due diligence on this case and thoroughly check my account and the activity, so that you may see I am innocent and a breach of security has been occurred by NO FAULT of my own.

Refuse to unlink PSN
My email used to be provided by my internet provider. Since switching I have lost access to that email. Activision refuses to work with me to verify my identity (something Ubisoft was willing to do) and instead marked my account as suspicious. I am unable to unlink my PSN account from Activision and am stuck with it linked to an account I have no way of signing into on PC. Somehow their support is even worse than Discord, which I thought was impossible.
