This company is complete and utter garbage. I mean the scum of the earth. They bam people for no reason and let cheaters run around without a care in the world. They give no ducks about the players all they care about is the making another garbage title come out in a year and making money off rhe store. A class action lawsuit should be brought against them for people paying for a game. Just to get absolutely wrecked on the daily by hackers and cheaters0

Your games are full of hackers and you do nothing about them it's a joke I've spent alot on a game that I can't play because of the hackers Activision needs shutting down

Randomly suspend accounts on an R rated game because language might offend someone. There are plenty of voice controls so that doesn't happen. There are curse words programmed into the game. But one curse word that may offend someone whos a f@g or gay, and boom....$100 suspended on random acts of AI from activision. Buillshit!!! Politically correct corporate @ssholes are putting out an R rated game and it shows, shows with the game play and shows with the quality of product. It shows with the companies actions. Hope they go the way of budlight and lose $billions!!!!! Take off the stupid voice suspensions and let adults be adults. Or sell to a company that understands what their customers want. Right now, total garbage dumpster fire with this game. COD 6 will be more of the same...don't waste your money!!!!!

Ah ! ce n'est pas notre service qui s'occupe des bannissements et si il est définitif et bien c'est qu'il l'est.
La honte cette façon de faire. A vomir. Aucune infos on dirait même que c'est des bots qui nous répondent. Ridicule, minables. Je n'arrête pas de leur faire des mails mais rien à faire

The worst of the worse. They hacked my account, I had proof, I had access through Facebook, I went to support and they are a bunch of useless people who are not interested in the user because they think they are all children. I spent more than $600 on Roulettes and they didn't give me a decent response in any way. I had to request that they delete the account and they don't even do that all at once, I'm on hold. Meanwhile, the scammer who hijacked my Activision account continues to enter.

I would rate this customer service -10 stars. Im trying to unlink my Xbox account from my Activision account cause that account literally got banned from Xbox and I cannot access to it anymore so I looked for help to this incompetent company and they keep telling me that they cannot help me for security reason, what security reason? I literally told them that I have access to the email linked to that account and they keep telling me the same thing, that I have to wait 12 months, I even show them proofs that I have access to the email of that account and they keep repeating the same thing,it feels like I'm talking to a wall, I spent a lot of money on cod points but I cannot use them cause all my CoD Points are on Xbox. bad service, I would said that is the worst customer service that I ever experienced on my 33 years of my life.

Un giorno mi ritrovo una ban così a caso permanente, ho perso qualsiasi cosa che avevo acquistato nel mio account, faccio ricorso al ban e mi viene detto che ho utilizzato software non autorizzati e manipolazione dati di gioco, vorrei ricordare che da console è altamente difficile se impossibile fare tutto ciò, inoltre posso dimostrare di non aver mai utilizzato cose del genere e basta guardare nel mio canale twitch. Ho provato a ricontattarli ma non c’è verso di avere un’assistenza. VERGOGNOSI.

Da 3 giorni non funziona cod 3, mi dice errore 112 e non sono in grado di risolvere. Ho comprato il gioco in versione digitale quindi non posso nemmeno fare un reso. Vergognoso.

I guess it's not possible to leave no stars or negative rating. To start off, when the last COD came out I purchased it to play with friends, played one game of zombies and one game of multiplayer. Something happened where the download failed and I had to repurchase it. The second time I got charged for the $115 edition instead of the basic and I didn't realize it until it hit my bank account a week later when I was checking it to deal with bills after my son snapped his femur in half. Very expensive. So I contact support, said I still wanted the game, just the basic. Can they please refund the difference and take back whatever crap the expensive version gave(I have never purchased the upgraded version of any game ever). Also said I really needed the money for the bills I had. They didn't care. They said as soon as you boot the game up for the first time it nullifies any refund. I was horrified at this horrible business model. Even when I said I would never purchase anything from them again, they would rather keep my $55 extra or whatnot, than gain a purchase on any future games. Bad business model.
I uninstalled Activision soon after, uninstalled cod. Haven't played again. I get an email that my account has been permabanned from any and all future cod's for cheating...so I email back and refute it. Provided screenshots of the Xbox account that whoever hacked me linked, and the steam account that was linked. My accounts all have the same name as my Activision account. Irrefutable proof that it wasn't me, if they really wanted to do the right thing, they could pull my account logs fland see I haven't played in 6 months. Shortly after I got a message that said I was still permabanned and I should "avoid anything like this in the future when playing Activision games." Lol ok, I'll try to avoid getting hacked. I'm done with this company, they make horrible decisions and treat their paying customers terribly. Anyone who plays, good luck to you.

I love cod but these downloads are killing me with I left my ps5 on download mode and it’s still taking 4 hours to download an updated file I’ve had a hard day at work made dinner sat down and can’t play call of duty not happy with these every day download 😔

there's a bug i got shadow ban everytime on PC i bought this PC +1600$ to Live stream and play call of duty and the anti cheat is very pour to handle anything with the reporting thing . bad company

Wurde auf der PS5 permanent gebannt mit der Begründung: Einsatz von unerlaubter Zusatzsoftware und Spieldatenmanipulation. Geht natürlich auf der Playstation gar nicht, weil man nicht ans System kommt. Activision tritt aber auch in keinen Dialog um das zu klären. Das ist arm.

Like many others, I had someone link their steam account to my Activision account and now, I am banned for using unauthorized systems.

They can see that my account never has been linked to a computer and the linked account is from another Country. Tried to appeal but just got a message with a permanent ban.

For a lot of people, buying Call of duty is a lot of money and not everyone can just go out and buy it again. Its criminal and a shame they treat their customers and fans this way.

you guy are full of BS you invite the youtube streamers to mislead everybody buy using cheats and now it has come out Activision supports them do not spend money on COD Its a rip-off

Già, inesistente, apro una richiesta dal loro sito apposito e oltre a non ricevere nessuna notifica dell'apertura non ho ricevuto nemmeno una soluzione. Sul loro sito viene sottolineato che si ha un riscontro dopo 24 ore...sono passati almeno 5 giorni ma tutto tace.
