Worse support service, sent many cases about my account being hacked and linked to a random steam. I have no access to email since it was old. Been a customer since 2015 and before that as well. They send me copy paste replies saying they can’t change email due to validating ownership. I sent them screenshots of my psn transaction history even IG & Snapchat still linked to my old email with my name on all these. They literally ripped me off, and refuse to actually help loyal customers. Hackers infested their sign in site, their game, and steal players credentials. You should be able to fix an email and prove to them state your innocents. Never again will say anything good about this company unless they actually unban me help me change a common thing of lost access to email adress. Absolutely rediculous.

Activision is a freaking joke! This has gone on for the last 6 months to a year now. This makes the second time I have received a chat ban while being on a chat ban. So clearly these guys either have faulty AI or they're listening in on what I am saying to my friends I'm running with. No one on the other squad could hear me speaking so I know no one reported me

It has the worst support department of ANY company I have ever tried to contact. All bug reports and feedback on the activision support website are ignored and they do not respond to or fix any problems at all. You are on your own guys don't ever give money to this company because they DON'T have your back.

Ps5 Activision account hacked somehow. Contacted Activision to inform them that there was an authorised account link to mine. Did absolutely nothing. I managed to change your passwords and remove the account. A week later, I get a permanent ban, Appealed And get a final ban for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data.

Unable to contact anyone for customer service as I can’t appeal or speak to anyone directly complete waste of my time.

This issue it is affecting thousands of people after a quick Google search it can’t be long until Someone makes this more public, And takes Activision to court.

If i could rate this company a zero i would. They are NO HELP when it comes to solving issues. When i submitted a ticket, they responded that they couldn’t help even though someone hacked my account and changed my linked accounts to theirs. Due to a policy THEY HAVE, i can’t unlink the accounts because they only let you do that once a year. The hacker used my once year unlink so tell me how that makes sense. The most frustrating company I’ve EVER tried to contact. Not worth buying their games when problems arise you can’t find any solution.

Schlechtestes Battle Royale den es gibt. Man sieht das es nur um Profit geht. Jedes Update brtingt nur müll in Shop und immer eine menge bugs mit sich. Spiel hat delay, Controller gg. Maus und Keybord ist unbalanced.
Es wird 0 auf die Community gehört. Hauptsache jedes Update 30GB für schmutz skins und 100 neue bugs die einfach unlogisch sind und zeigen das sich keiner darum kümmert wie das spiel ist.

Der erste release ist immer gut, danach verhauen die einfach alles was nur geht. Hört man auch von großen streamer ;)

The email tied to my account was discontinued many years ago. I continue to try and get this addressed and changed, however, the only way I know of to contact support is via FB Messenger and/or Activision Tickets. It appears that even internally they have issues with communication, as someone on FB Messenger was trying to address my ticket, someone else tagged it as completed. The ticket was not acted upon. At least not from what I could see.

I was a fan of the franchise, I gave them a chance but I give up.. MW3 is for me and many others the end. This game is built around spending, spamming micro transactions as if this was a free to play game. Activision became wayyyy too greedy they have tons of DEVS working on new toys /5 years old skins and bundles every day. But they have no intention of fixing /improving the actual game.

Activision has the most atrocious support I have ever seen. I've been trying to access my account for a while, but I can't. What do I do? I try to create another account, and I don't even receive the emails. After some time trying, I finally receive an email and change my password. Guess what happens? The darn password doesn't work. I've changed it like three times, and it still doesn't work. What the heck is wrong with this support?

And there is one more problem, when I try to select the option to sign in with my PlayStation account, it redirects me to the sign-up page! It's utterly infuriating. What's the point of having such an option if it doesn't even work properly?

J'ai envoyé depuis le mail supportactivision mes mécontentements. Le 1 février j'envoie un mail. Je me plains de ma perte de sr. Depuis le même problème à continué ja envoyé 5mails aucune réponse. Mon dernier mail en date est pas plus tard que il y a 5mn. Car en recherche et desdurction j'ai voulu camper pour ne pas perdre ma vie pour mon équipe. Le message exclu pour cause que je ne bouge pas alors que c'est faut je me suis relevé. Le message est parti j'ai quand même était exclu. Je joue au premier call of et la ça commence à être là goutte de trop. Trop l'impression d'être pris pour un idiot (j'avais mis un mot familier que je n'ai pas eu droit de laisser) alors qu'ils font des bénéfices monstrueux grâce à nous sur des jeux comme ça . Je trouve pas normal qu'il y est pas un ****** d'endroit ou on peu se plaindre ! Au final cets plus de 800sr que j'ai perdu bêtement depuis qe je joue à classement. Donc en un mois et demi. Des escrocs activision

No support whatsoever. All you get is stupid articles that don’t help at all. I see they can take your money for purchases straight away but when it comes to helping the customers that are paying them it’s a different story

Worst customer service ever. I've played since the very beginning and today I had my first issue with a purchase.

I spent COD Points on the mobile game only to not receive the battle pass I paid for. The support from Activision has been atrocious, I actually dont yhink im speaking to actual humans. No help, just trying to close the query. I've been playing this game since it came out. I just want my COD Points back!
