Problème de chat qui se prend pour un roi de l'évasion, façon Prison Break avec la trappe surepet connect.
Appel au service client, nouvelle façade "anti chat malin" envoyée gratuitement sans avoir à négocier pendant des heures.
Reste à tester la nouvelle façade face aux talents du chat, mais très bon service client !

I had a problem with my Catflap hub and contacted them, they were extremely helpful and very patient with me as I am terrible with computers and tect stuff. They explained everything fully and helped in any way they could until the problem was solved. I am really happy with the service and the products, aftercare is second to none.

Chatière très bien niveau matériel, dommage que l'application soit tellement limité. On ne peut pas ouvrir ou fermer la chatière avec son mobile, on ne peut pas rentrer un code d'ouverture manuellement. Je me demande a quoi sert l'appli. En plus avec une passerelle a 100 € c'est impardonnable.

Réception rapide et conforme à la commande. Produits très bien emballés aussi. Je suis très contente et recommanderais chez vous.

J’ai des soucis avec le fonctionnement de ma chatière connectée ( le problème ne vient pas du matériel mais du fait que nous l’avons installée dans une porte en alu)
Les personne que j’ai au telephone sont très professionnelles
Ils essaient vraiment de trouver une solution

Sure Petsure are simply one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, i had a problem with the batteries depleting quickly on a catflap that was almost 3 years old, contacting customer service was a refreshingly easy experience, no queuing with nonsense options and info just straight through to a person who was then polite and knowledgeable. After a couple of questions and requests for photos it was deemed a replacement catflap was needed and within 2 days one was being delivered! If only the rest of the retail and commercial world were the same experience. Superb work Petsure, don’t ever change a thing.

J’ai contacté Sure Petcare pour une chatière SureFlap achetée il y a probablement près de dix ans, dont le moteur de verrouillage venait de tomber en panne. Réponse très rapide et, à ma grande surprise, envoi gratuit d’un moteur de remplacement, sans difficulté ni discussion inutile.
À une époque où l’on parle beaucoup d’obsolescence et de surconsommation, je trouve vraiment appréciable qu’une entreprise permette de prolonger aussi facilement la durée de vie de ses produits, même après autant d’années.
Un grand merci au SAV pour sa réactivité et cette démarche très responsable.

Sure Petcare Customer Service absolutely could not have been better when our nine-year-old microchip pet door started to fail. It turned out that it needed a replacement motor cartridge, and Judith and Pauline couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, to say nothing of being speedy in their response.

They were great, both on the 'phone and in writing, and what was actually a potentially dangerous problem (a very small, elderly lady cat at serious risk of being locked out, or of being attacked by an intruder cat, either of which could have happened while the locking mechanism continued to be unreliable) was resolved within a commendably short time; the cartridge arrived within twenty-four hours, and we had it up and running by nightfall. I cannot speak too highly of their aftercare.

Delivery was prompt.
I purchased following the recommendation of Yorkshire Cat Flap Fitters, as initially I was unsure which type to get. This is one of the more expensive options.
The setting up of the microchip was very easy and straightforward, even for me who doesn't follow instructions that well! I was given You Tube channel to follow.
I'm unsure how long the batteries will last, but hopefully a while, considering the additional cost.

Helpful pre order advice, prompt delivery, easy fitting, works a treat.

Mijn kattenluik ging zeven jaar na aanschaf helaas stuk. Sure Petcare heeft meerdere malen meegedacht met technische oplossingen en toen bleek dat er een onderdeel stuk was werd dat snel vervangen. Wat een prachtige service!

Nachdem unsere Klappe zunächst nicht einwandfrei funktionierte (sie hat nur das Reinkommen, nicht jedoch das Rausgehen unserer Katze an die App gemeldet) war das Kundenservice überaus bemüht und lösungsorientiert. Erst wurde uns nur ein neues Türchen zugeschickt, als das auch nichts geändert hat, wurde uns anstandslos und gratis eine komplett neue Katzenklappe inkl genauer Beschreibung für die Umprogrammierung zugesendet.
So ein unkompliziertes und kundinnenorientiertes Service gibt es selten. Ganz toll! Ich kann das Produkt daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Huisdierluik werkte niet meer, gechipte kat kon er niet meer door. Contact opgenomen met helpdesk, goede communicatie per telefoon, snelle reacties via email, duidelijke instructies, snelle toezending helpkit en vervolgens onmiddellijke vervanging van huisdierluik.

De garantie bedraagt 3 jaar, dus het luik viel nog binnen deze periode, eigenlijk hadden we daarmee vanaf het begin al recht op een nieuw luik, maar wie weet viel er nog iets te repareren. Evengoed was er sprake van goede steun en communicatie.

Wij hebben overigens ook ons deel zeker geleverd: met filmpjes en foto's en extra nieuwe batterijen (ze adviseren Duracell) was het ook voor ons een heel gedoe, maar nu dus ook weer een splinternieuw luik, werd bovendien binnen één dag na toezegging geleverd.

Mijn adviezen: aankoopbon (online) bewaren en product meteen registreren.

In general, their products are reliable, and we've used them for well over a decade at this point. Of course a faulty product can occur, but I've had nothing but great experiences with their customer service. When I had to contact them now about a very noisy feeder, I got a reply with detailed and clear instructions on what info they needed from me to diagnose the issue, and they then promptly responded with a solution to my problem (in this case a new feeder).
