Ook contact via de website.
Reeds verschillende keren een bericht geplaatst en nog nooit reactie gehad.
Mail adres is ook nergens beschikbaar
Ik vraag mij in hemelsnaam af hoe je Petcare moet contacteren bij een probleem.
In dit geval gaat het om een microchip per door connect.
Die leest de chip niet van mijn katten

Da vores kattelem gik i stykker, fik vi tilsendt en ny uden besvær. Dejligt, tak for den gode service!

I had a problem with my cat flap so I contacted Sure Petcare who were very helpful and suggested what was wrong and sent me instructions on how to try and resolve it. Unfortunately it didn't work, so I contacted them again when they said they would send me a replacement part free of charge which I fitted following their clear instructions. All this happened in 3 days, so thank you very much, a first class service.

I bought a cat flap in 2021. Over the last couple of years the batteries have been draining very quickly, and more recently they’ve only been lasting a week. Given the price of this product, I contacted the company.

I was asked to send multiple photos the front, back, top, both battery compartments (with and without batteries), and the serial number; as well as my address for a replacement. I complied with all of this, despite it being inconvenient.

Only after providing everything was I told the product was out of warranty and they would not replace it.

This was extremely misleading. If they had simply been transparent from the start, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Their explanation was even more bizarre:

“Our initial focus is not solely on whether the product is still within warranty… This is why we do not begin by advising a customer that their unit is out of warranty, as this could be perceived as dismissive…”

In reality, withholding key information is far more dismissive. They should clearly state warranty status upfront and then offer troubleshooting; not lead customers to believe a replacement is possible.

I also raised concerns about being asked for unnecessary personal data. I repeatedly requested justification, but they avoided the question every time, citing they haven’t done anything wrong. I asked for their complaints procedure/policy four times and received no response to this point, which suggests they don’t have one.

I requested erasure of my personal data under my right to be forgotten. They refused to process this and told me to contact a separate privacy department, even though any department especially the complaints department can handle such requests. It feels like they are deliberately creating obstacles.

Overall, I would avoid this company. Their products are not built to last, and their customer service is poor. I’ve since found alternative companies offering more premium products at similar prices.

Unsere mikrochipgesteuerte Katzenklappe ist 3 Jahre alt. Von einer Minute zur anderen ließ sie sich weder ver-noch entriegeln. Der freundliche Kundenservice war sofort behilflich. Zuerst versuchte ich es mit Reinigung des Gerätes nach Anweisung. Leider ließ sich der Fehler dadurch nicht beheben. Man sandte mir kostenlos eine Ersatzmotorenkartusche zu, die ich gerade eingebaut habe. Alles gut. Die Klappe funktioniert wieder perfekt. So muss ein guter Service sein.

I have been using Sure Petcare products for many, many years now and have always received excellent customer service.

I cannot fault the excellent service I received from Sure Petcare especially Semira at Customer Service.
The faulty cat flap was assessed promptly via video link, ascertaining a new replacement was needed, which was dispatched the same day(arrived on a Sunday by courier)fitted and working purrfect again.

Na 13 jaar had de sureflap wat kuren. Toen ik de klantenservice belde, kreeg ik meteen een echt persoon aan de telefoon die goed meedacht en heeft een onderzoek gestart. Nadat ik de benodigde info had aangeleverd via de mail, kreeg ik de mail dat ik kosteloos het benodigde onderdeel toegestuurd zou krijgen incl handleiding. Een dag later was het ook binnen. Wat een topservice voor een apparaat van nog geen €100,00 dat al 13 jaar oud is!

Nach ein Paar Jahren hat die Katzenklappe nicht mehr verriegelt! Kundenservice war super freundlich und hilfsbereit , mir wurden Fotos per mail zugesendet wie ich was zu machen habe zum reinigen etc,und wieder zusammen bauen, alles hatte gut geklappt!

Ordered a per door for my cat and upon fitting, we noticed the pet door had a flaw in the plastic door. The image was distorted. Sure Petcare were quick to respond to my email and are issuing a replacment door to fit free of charge.

The pet door in itself works brilliantly and our cat is getting used to it slowly. I would recommend their company and service.

I recently had an issue with my SureFeed microchip feeder and reached out to Sure Petcare support. The whole experience was genuinely excellent. Tania walked me through a few quick troubleshooting steps, kept communication clear, and once it was confirmed the unit was faulty, she arranged a replacement straight away — no hassle, no back‑and‑forth.

The replacement was shipped promptly to my postal address and arrived within a couple of days. I didn’t even need to return the old unit, just recycle it responsibly. It’s rare to see customer service this smooth, friendly, and efficient. Really impressed.

If you’re wondering whether Sure Petcare stands behind their products, they absolutely do.

We had a microchip pet feeder that was just out of warranty and started playing up. We began corresponding with Surepetcare who were quick to give advice and support. After much troubleshooting with them, they kindly sent a replacement feeder free of charge, despite being out of warranty. Great customer service, thank you.

I bought a microchip cat flap which worked brilliantly for a while, unfortunately it stopped working. However, after contacting customer services, they were brilliant! They video called me and tried to troubleshoot my cat flap and are now arranging for a replacement. They were so kind and helpful, 10/10 recommend!
