Ich benötigte eine neue durchsichtige Klappe für unsere Sureflap Haustierklappe. Schnellauf der Seite gefunden, der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach sehr sehr günstig: 14 Euro incl. Versand. Lieferzeit: Über Nacht !!
Dabei eine bebilderte Anleitung zum Tausch, sowie Hinweis auf Montagevideo.
Besser geht es nicht. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen!!

Very good company. I wrote saying a determined intruder cat was able to circumvent their microchip operated cat flap terrorising our cat. Sure petcare responded very quickly to my request for assistance and have sent me an updated cat flap to deal with the problem free of charge.i am very impressed with their service.

Once I'd provided video evidence of my cat flap not being responsive, Sure Petcare immediately agreed to send me a replacement, although not with a new warranty. The service provided by Philip was polite and timely, and I found him to be extremely helpful.

Ho acquistato circa tre anni fa una portina con microchip, prodotto di cui sono molto soddisfatto per la funzionalità. Con il passare del tempo e l'utilizzo la porticina doveva essere sostituita. Ho contattato l'assistenza che nel giro di poco tempo ha provveduto all'invio gratuito di una nuova porticina con le relative istruzioni per la sostituzione. Effettuata la sostituzione ora funziona nuovamente tutto alla perfezione. Azienda e servizio post vendita seri e con attenzione rivolta al cliente. Complimenti!

This is our second cat flap by this manufacturer, it replaces a white one that lost its white colour and turned cream, it looked terrible on our white door, so fitted the White/Grey one.
Once the hole was cut out it was easy to fit with the 2 screws and set up for our cat to open.
Apart from the discolouration it really is a great cat flap.

Super das Zubehör hat 31 Euro gekostet und die Rücksendung nach England kostet 29.90 Euro...

I have had a Sure Petcare catflap for years and I was very happy with it. I had to replace it with the larger version and had a few queries. The customer service was absolutely excellent. My large cat is also extremely happy about his lager cat flap. Brilliant product and brilliant customer service.

A ver good experience. My contact, Semira, gave very clear instructions on how to proceed, and was very courteous.

My microchip cat flap became faulty after 11 months. I called customer services and reached a helpful human almost immediately who sent me some questions on email. After replying & sending photos they ordered a replacement same day to arrive next week. Obviously it’s not ideal having a faulty cat flap but I am really pleased with the customer service resulting in a quick replacement.
