I had a lot of help on the phone, I should know by now how to reset the feeders after they’ve been looked after by other people but keep forgetting. I also had one that I came back to with a lid that refused to shut completely. As I’ve just found out that two of my cats have early CKD it is vital to have them working so I know how much and what they’ve all eaten. Thank you sure petcare, you have excellent customer service and products

I contacted Sure pet care after my cat flap started to drain the batteries. I had a video call and advise on what to do but despite my efforts they will replace the flap as it is still under warranty. Excellent service highly recommended.

Astonishing customer service in this day and age. My microchip cat flap had a problem with the opening mechanism, and they not only responded properly to my email (by a human, and asking relevant questions that were not about shirking responsibility but actually identifying the problem) but also replaced the whole unit without quibble within days when it became clear that it would not be possible to reliably ship individual parts to my part of the world (South Africa).

Also, just to mention that this is my second cat flap - the first one that i bought more than 3 years ago is still working perfectly, leading to a different part of the garden.

Cannot recommend these products enough.

Wir nutzen die Katzenklappe und die dazugehörige App inzwischen schon seit 5 Jahren. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und an dieser Stelle muss einfach mal der Support gelobt werden. Wir hatten jetzt ein Problem mit der App und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung bekommen ohne vorher erst zig FAQs durchlesen zu müssen...

Sure petcare microchip cat flap does what it says...allows our cat to come and go as we wish and helps keep other pets out.

My sureflap catflap stopped working with the warranty period.
Sureflap customer service were very efficient, provided clear instructions for testing and then sent out a replacement flap by next day courier.
I'd give sure petcare 5* for their customer service, but my cat still hasn't forgiven me for getting stuck outside in the rain when the flap failed so only 4*.

Pretty quick delivery, so impressive!! U would definitely use them again. Parcel delivery is in pretty safe and care. Thank you

I've had Cat Flap Connect for a few years now and it worked flawlessly until a couple of months ago. I rang Sure Petcare, we went through a few things to fix it and I received an email with more suggestions. That seemed to work until a few days ago.

I emailed to say that the problem had come back and to provide some photos and proof of purchase. Sure Petcare sent me a replacement the next day and I'm pleased to report that it's now installed and working perfectly. Thanks!

Mein Feeder hatte innerhalb der Garantiezeit ein Problem mit dem Motor. Nachdem ich ein Video vom Problem geschickt hatte wurde mir umgehend ein neuer Feeder zugeschickt. Sehr guter Kundenservice. Vom ersten Mail bis zum Paket in meiner Hand hat es gerade mal 3 Tage gedauert.

Reklamation (unter Garantie) lief absolut reibungslos und die Lieferung des Ersatz Surefeed Futterautomaten ging super schnell.

Tanya was so friendly, kind and helpful with reordering a replacement cat door.

Excellent product! This is the 4th I have bought and 2nd with adaptor for family &friends houses. Relatively simple to fit and work well only replaced batteries once since fitted. Reasonable price. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended!

Ich würde ja gerne 5 Sterne vergeben, da die Klappe und Funktionsweise tadellos sind. Aber, daher der Abzug, dieses blöde Klickgeräusch beim Entriegeln. Meine Katze hat sich so erschrocken, dass sie nur noch Abstand von dieser Katzenklappe gehalten hat. Wochenlang versuche ich sie nun an dieses Geräusch zu gewöhnen und sie ist schon etwas entspannter und hat sich an das Geräusch einigermaßen gewöhnt, abervon sich aus, mag sie immer noch nicht durchgehen. Ich hoffe irgendwann kommt eine geräuschlose Klappe auf den Markt.

The customer service of this company is almost surreal. They are absolutely the best I have ever encountered in terms of responsiveness , problem solving and providing solutions without hesitation. The product is indispensable for us with 3 cats and it is a really good product. We can monitor our cats when we are away for a short period and have peace of mind that they are all okay. We will always have a sure pet cat flaps as long as we have cats. Thank you

It is so refreshing to have such a positive experience! My cat flap door, which is more than 10 years old, wasn't opening properly and the responses and support I have received from Margaux at Sure Petcare have been absolutely amazing - not only speedy and professional, but also totally reassuring, friendly and so helpful. The result is that the cat flap is working properly again, so it's 100% recommendation all round!
