Guter Service, unkompliziert und einfach
Wir hatten Probleme mit unserer Katzenklappe. Nach kurzer Anfrage per Mail würde uns erst eine neue Plastikklappe geschickt und als das Problem danach noch nicht behoben war ganz einfach eine neue Klappe. Auch der telefonische Kundendienst war gut zu erreichen, freundlich und hilfreich.
Wir sind zufrieden.

Nous avons eu un souci avec notre…chatière
Nous avons eu un souci avec notre chatière, son fonctionnement vidait les piles en une semaine.
Nous avons pris contact avec Sure Petcare ,ils nous ont aidés à faire plusieurs petites démarches sur la chatière sans résultat.
Ils nous ont renvoyé une nouvelle chatière .
Mon chat vit sa vie tranquille, maintenant ça fait six mois et nous n'avons toujours pas changé les piles.
Ils nous ont fait confiance et ça s'est presieux.
Merci beaucoup à cette super entreprise et à son personnel .

Repair advice
We were having problems with the cat flap and I sent an enquiry by email, I received great support and advice including you tube videos and instructions of how to reset and repair the device. Really straightforward to follow and solved the issue. Highly recommend this company and after care customer service they provide is exceptional. Thank you.

Remplacement facile d'une trappe
Client depuis de nombreuses années avec plusieurs trappes électroniques, j'en suis très satisfait.
Les notices sont claires et les matériaux de qualité.
Je viens de changer volet battant, facilement trouvable sur le site, à un prix correct avec la livraison offerte.
La notice détaillée m'a permis de la changer en 15 min.

Great customer support
Great customer support. I had a problem with my Microchip Cat Flap Connect door mechanism, after 3 years of using it which meant it would no longer lock. Margaux from support responded to my enquiry and within hours has rectified my issue. All I needed was to share some pictures of the problem I had.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding customer service!**
I recently experienced an issue with my SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect and contacted Sure Petcare Customer Service for assistance.
I was genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally everything was handled. After contacting support, I received a prompt response with clear troubleshooting instructions. I provided the information and video they requested, and within hours they had reviewed the issue and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent to me completely free of charge.
The replacement was dispatched straight away, there was no need to return the faulty unit, and the instructions provided for setting up the new feeder and transferring my cats over in the app were clear and easy to follow.
The whole experience was absolutely hassle-free. It's refreshing to receive such efficient, friendly and straightforward customer service these days.
A special thank you to Philip and the Sure Petcare team for resolving the issue so quickly. Excellent products backed up by genuinely excellent customer service.
**Highly recommended — five-star service from start to finish!**

I had a broken microchip cat flap door…
I had a broken microchip cat flap door whilst the unit was under warranty. When I contacted the customer service they were very friendly and helpful. They promptly dispatched a free new door which I received the next day. The door has now been fitted and we have one happy cat! Overall very pleased with the service given and the end product.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service when my microchip pet door stopped working; Philip and Amy helped me though some tests & sent me replacement buttons to fit free of charge. Eventually I replaced the old door with a new one, the original having given long faithful service with my Maine Coon cat crashing through it several times a day.
Highly recommended.
