In time and very efficient!
i had a problem with the front wheel, but Swapfiets brought me a new bike right out of my place.

Very good bicycle but I am afraid it won't suite milan life style, I mean bike rides between traffic jam. Maybe it is not the best in agility moving between the cars, but I will see using it

I used an e-bike Power 7 a month and half but one day it didn’t work, the battery was ok and everything was fine with it but power button was not working I guess because it didn’t start anymore for some reason. I took it to the Swapfiets shop to repair it but they took it away from me because they said that they didn’t have other bikes and they were not able to repair it. They just canceled my contract without asking me or discussing about it. No explanations no other offers or something. Very bad experience.

Also i am adding this because i had already payed one month subscription of january of which i used half and they said that they would return rest of the money but they didn’t. I had to call three times and go to office again to cancel my SUBSCRIPTION and get my money back AFTER TWO MONTHS!!!

Sempre gentili, disponibili e puntuali

Utilizzo quotidianamente (15km al giorno circa) da due mesi una Deluxe 7. La bicicletta è una bomba, per ora mai avuto mezzo problema dunque non so come o cosa succederà nel momento se ne presentasse qualcuno. Però funziona bene, è molto pesante e stabilissima nell'utilizzo cittadino.

Le stelle non sono 5 perché hanno inserito successivamente alla mia iscrizione l'area di servizio per le riparazioni a casa che comprende tra l'altro solo l'area dentro la circonvallazione esterna (meno della metà dell'area di Milano, probabilmente). Con un solo negozio in pieno centro a Milano in caso di problemi risulterà meno comodo del previsto usufruire del servizio di assistenza.
