I bought a 25 year old women’s date just to Martins, it had been stretched through damage and every jeweller told me it would have to have a new bracelet. It was a sentimental watch so I wanted to keep all parts of it. The whole process martins has been brilliant, regular updates, clear photos. I cannot recommend his services more.

Great Experience & Service.
From start (initial enquiries) to finish (watch bracelet back) a painless experience.
Detailed information provided on the services to be provided, updates as and when required i.e. when strap had arrived, when work started, updates on work progress and options, return dispatch details once work completed. All of which also include photographs of the work, before, in progress and after.
Overall an excellent service.

Martin provided excellent communication and advice. His aim is to do best and most appropriate repair to your bracelet. The craftsmanship is excellent and I am extremely pleased with the end result. Excellent value, especially considering that Rolex wanted to replace the bracelet. Thoroughly recommend.

Sent my 1973 Jubilee bracelet to Martins as it needed some serious work. Martins advised on a price and timescale which I was very happy with. On getting the bracket back, I have to say Martins work is second to none, he has totally transformed my old severely stretched and heavily marked bracelet to something that has no stretch, looks as good as new and totally transforms the watch itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Swiss Refurb and Martins work to anyone looking for some work to be done on their bracelets, the guy is a master craftsman. Thank you Martins.

Martins is both exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled. He has transformed my Oyster bracelet , his advice was also very fair and not pressured in anyway and even told me I could probably wear the bracelet for a few more years before needing a full refurbishment but I decided to get it done and I have no regrets. The structural integrity and finish are equal to a fresh Rolex bracelet and at a fraction of the cost. Communication was excellent and always speedy. In summary a highly skilled craftsman and really nice guy, you and your bracelet are in safe hands.

Martins rebuilt my 42 year old Rolex Jubilee bracelet which has been worn every day. He communicates almost daily on progress accompanied by multiple photos. Superb service and highly recommended.

Martins did a great job on refurbishing my 2012 Rolex bracelet. The clasp was broken and all the links very loose. Martins let me know of progress at all times and quick to answer my mobile calls. I did the transaction via post. Martins returned the bracelet fully insured next day Royal Mail. As well as great comms Martins has amazing skills to carry out these repairs. Not many people could do this. Thank you Martins!

I brought Martin my late father's Gold Rolex Day Date, my father had bought it new and wore it every day for over 30 years. It was well worn! So much so I was too worried it'd fall off to wear it. Well I picked it up last night and I am truly stunned. It's like a brand new watch, it looks fantastic, the strap is tight with zero play. It's amazing. I've not taken it off. I'll now be able to see this watch in photographs of me holding my children in the same way that I have of my father holding me as a child. It'll last another 30 years and one day be there for my son. Thank you Martin.

Fantastic work my submariner bracelet looks brand new. I knew it was a bit worn for a 30 year old Rolex. It did have quite a bit of flex in it…
Now it’s perfectly straight I didn’t go for the gold laser as Martins thought it wasn’t too bad and I wouldn’t really notice which was perfect saved me some money and for sure I can’t tell. A little bit of wear ages it anyway.

The bracelet of my Rolex Oysterdate, purchase in 1986 was showing signs of wear, with the links becoming floppy and loose. A previous encounter with the OEM proved costly and only after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing did they agree to replace just the clasp.

I saw Swissrefurb's advert come up on Facebook and decided that they offered a better alternative to the OEM. After getting in touch with Martins he informed me that he needed only the bracelet and not the whole watch which also set my mind at ease, along with the physical address.

Martins kept me posted on the progress, sending photos of the work as at was moving forward.

A small piece was missing and he kindly sent me a link for the piece on ebay.com These too, were supplied the item quickly and as I write I am awaiting its arrival when I can bring it to a local jeweller to re-attach watch to bracelet.

Martins also sent a photo of the proof of postage of the bracelet, which was well packed and showed no signs of damage.

I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Martins repaired two of our old Rolex bracelets quickly, efficiently and superbly. This is a tremendous artisan service.

I think the point to make, is that using Martins is infinitely better than going to Rolex and having them replace a bracelet - firstly Martins is cheaper, secondly when you buy a new bracelet with Rolex you’re forced to hand over your old bracelet to them free. Thirdly, replacing a vintage bracelet with a new one as opposed to repairing the original is widely considered detrimental to the value of the watch.

Trust Martin with your treasured watch bracelet. I am sure you won’t regret it. We’re delighted with the result.

Just before my trip to West Malling to buy a new Oyster bracelet I arranged to drop into the Crawley shop to see Martins and had a chat about the works required for my very worn 21 year old Rolex Oyster gold/steel bracelet.

I was expecting a good service but this has shocked me! My day date strap is like brand new. If you are considering getting work done, go for it!

Martins is a genius in repairing Rolex bracelets. My 1986 Rolex 16800 bracelet needed some tlc after being nearly 40 years old. This watch means so much to me and was very apprehensive about letting anyone touch it. This man brought it back to its former glory making it look like new at the same time respecting the original look of the bracelet. I now wouldn’t use anyone else.

The watch bracelet was stretched after many years of constant wear. It was sent for a complete overhaul and came back, a week later, looking as if it had just left the Rolex factory. Well worth the cost of the refurbishment.
