Very helpful support team

I had a question about setting up 2nd administrator and remote access for my Tedee door lock, and the support team were very helpful and patient in walking me through it.
There was some initial confusion around which access settings were required, but Magdalena from Tedee Support took the time to check the exact configuration, asked for screenshots, and clearly confirmed that everything was set up correctly.
She also explained the difference between lock access and bridge access in plain language, which was exactly what I needed for peace of mind.
Everything is now working perfectly, and I’m very happy with both the product and the support. Great customer service makes all the difference, thank you.

Wir nutzen unser Go2 nun seit einer…

Wir nutzen unser Go2 nun seit einer Woche und ich kann nur positives berichten. Sowohl der Einbau des Zylinders, des Keypads und des Go2 selbst hat reibungslos funktioniert. Lediglich das Hinzufügen weiterer Nutzer hat erst auf den 2. Versuch geklappt. Angeblich funktioniert die automatische Türöffnung (wenn man nach Hause kommt) nur mit der Bridge sauber, bei mir geht es aber auch ohne die Bridge zuverlässig. Die App ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben.

Great product

Great product. We’ve been using it for 2 weeks and it works fantastically with partying children who always keep forgetting their keys.
The installation proces could have been easier. They mention 30 seconds on the website to mount in on your existing lock… It’s more like 20 minutes and not always that easy. Once mounted, the programming part is easy !!

Zásilka doručená včas

Zásilka doručená včas, bez poškození a obsahovala vše objednané. Zámek splňuje vše, co bylo slibováno v prospektech. Složitější je pouze přidávání dalších uživatelů, kdy přidaný účastník se nemůže přihlásit svým mailem a heslem i přesto, že má staženou aplikaci a byl mu správcem přidělen přístup.
