Good pricing
Good pricing, clear cover details. Unfortunately, to avoid auto-renewal you have to search deeply to find how to switch that off. And, in an era where companies are likely to be hacked, having to phone to remove bank card details is very poor.

Van Insurance is missing bits.
Really nasty sting when I came to add a temporary driver to my van policy. AA have decided they just don’t do this for vans??? Why…… is just not answered. Very frustrating.
Got a polite reply from AA asking me to reach out, maybe they could help. 35mins in a queue to be told no they can’t.
Just do not use AA. If they are this bad at just answering the phone, let alone resolving an issue, imagine how long a rescue, repair or claim would take. Very poor service.

Hi Tom, Car and Van Insurance are different products, so there may be some parts of your van policy that can't be updated in the same way as your car policy.
