Getting my home contents insurance from the AA was so easy.
The website is laid out nicely and simply and is very easy to understand and use.

Fairly easy to navigate getting a quote, had to contact your customer service , operator was very helpful,but unfortunately the wait to get through was very long, about an hour. Hence a rating of 4*

Have used AA home insurance previously and like the easy to understand way everything is laid out , the availability of a phone or chat option if needed and the option to cancel auto renewal.

Good old AA
The cost was obviously very important. As an older person I wanted to deal with a company I know and would be able to contact by telephone. The website was easy navigate and the range of services available is good. I have insured with the AA before and am happy to do so again,
