I've never actually left a Trustpilot review before, but after my experience with this team I felt I had to.

From the very beginning, Holly, Alexandra and the rest of the team were with me every step of the way. My purchase turned out to be far more complicated than I ever expected, with delays, changing requirements and constant chasing between solicitors and the lender. Throughout it all, they were always on hand to answer my questions, provide reassurance and proactively chase updates on my behalf.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They regularly contacted my solicitors and my lender to keep things moving, kept me informed whenever they had new information and genuinely cared about getting my purchase over the finish line. Their communication, professionalism and persistence made an incredibly stressful process so much easier to deal with.

I honestly don't think I would have completed without their support. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who genuinely goes above and beyond for their clients, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Used the buy to let broker to remortgage from a residential mortgage to a buy-to-let when we left the UK. The process was relatively easy, the usual document assembly headache, but the team Lindsay and Alexandra were responsive and always on top of communication. Mainly my first point of contact Lily. She has been terrific, a lovely lady - patient, kind and diligent. Initially it all went well but the process turned out to be far more stressful and difficult to manage as time went on. The Lenders she recommended seemed a good fit for me but there were too many unnecessary delays and repetitions and the communication between them and the brokers far from satisfactory. Not Lily’s fault though as she was a joy to deal with. Thanks Lily and Sarah.

Should not me possible. Your company should do better checks on them.

I started off not with the best experience as the broker i was dealing with ended up leaving, I expressed my disappointment to my new case manager, who put me in touch with the director of the company who made a massive effort to apologise and make things right, he stuck to his word on calling me back when we agreed and reviewed the details of the case, and it was just very clear that he genuinely cares about client experience, he went above and beyond what i would expect in the situation. I would recommend and will definitely use the BTLB again for my next remortgage.
