Sorry to hear you haven’t received the order yet.

I’ve checked your order and can see that you ordered Sunday morning and chose the delivery service with 2-3 days delivery time.

I can confirm that your order was dispatched the next working day with Royal Mail and it went out for delivery this morning.

RoyalMail tried to deliver your parcel today, I.e. 07/01/2026 at 10:48am but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They left a card and will re-attempt the next working day.

You can track your order on our order tracking page on our website. Alternatively you can track your order on Royal Mail website using the tracking link sent to you in both emails by Royal Mail.

On that link, you can nominate a safe place or a neighbour or choose to have it sent to any local Post office for collection in person.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Sorry your experience wasn’t as expected.

I’ve checked your order details and can confirm that you paved the order with a priority timed service but the model you ordered sold out earlier in the day. However, even if it wasn’t sold out, it won’t go out the same day because you ordered after our cut off time for same day dispatch.

We dispatched your order the next working day and although it’s within our advertised dispatch time frame, we refunded your delivery charge.

We sent you communication confirming the refund and gave an estimated time frame for funds to clear in your account. Refunds to the payment card are not instant and take a few days to complete.

For all urgent and timed sensitive orders, We recommend you place them before the cutoff time to avoid any disappointment.

Because we sell sealed products, we can only accept items back unopened and in as-new condition. When this is the case, we refund the full cost of the item(s).

Thanks for ordering with us. We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us.

Sorry to hear there is an item missing from your order.

I’ve checked the details and can confirm that your order was dispatched in two shipments. I can also confirm that all items on order were dispatched promptly with priority service and should’ve arrived the same day, however it seems one of the shipments got delayed at the courier facility.

Although we try our best to fulfil and meet the delivery expectations, sometimes delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Please rest assured most issues are resolved by the courier quickly usually within 24hrs.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and assure you we’ll do all we can to help resolve this promptly.
