Excellent Service
I ordered a CCTV recorder from here and experienced nothing but great customer service. Initially I needed some help as I didn't know if it was compatible with an old camera I have. The support team got back to me quite quickly and advised which recorder would be suitable for my camera.
Overall great service and highly recommended! This is now my go to place for all things CCTV.

Ordered two cameras and brackets
Ordered two cameras and brackets but the brackets are the wrong ones despite being suggested on the page for those cameras. Strictly no returns policy.

We’d like to clarify that all of our camera listings include the compatible brackets as selectable options. I’ve double checked but couldn’t find any pages on our website that suggest the legacy brackets fit the camera models you purchased.

Our returns policy, published online, is straightforward and generous for our industry, with exceptions only for special order, clearance, and non-returnable items.
The brackets you wish to return are marked as non-returnable models in bold red text on the product page. This note is provided to ensure full transparency, as these legacy items cannot be restocked or exchanged once opened.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Order was delivered the next day which we didn’t expect. So grateful as we were able to get our Hik Vision NVR (cctv) online over wi-fi quickly and effortlessly with the Hik vision usb dongle. We can now sleep at night again after a recent car theft from our property.

Great service all round
Great support to find a compatible camera for my old system camera. Had issues setting it up but the tech support from Huzi was very good and resolved all my issues quickly and professionally. Would use again fro any of my cctv needs. Great service all round.

Fantastic and honest company Huzi level of service was great incredible spot on.
Fantastic service, Alarm arrived earlier than expected was a mistake with one item sent in the wrong colour from what was ordered but Huzi was in touch and sorted out the issue straightaway and sent correct one out. The level of service was not exceptional no fobbing off or asking million question. I can’t fault the level of service and the products everything working. We had a look into your order and can confirm it was delivered as per your updated instructions.
We understand it can be frustrating not being able to reach someone by phone right away.
Your call-back request came through Sunday evening, outside of our opening hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm), but we picked it up via email and as per your instructions, a new delivery arrangement was put in place that same evening.
We always aim to be as responsive and helpful as possible, even outside normal hours - when we can.

CCTV store five star service
The team at CCTV have been amazing from the start. They have helped with the design and supply of a CCTV system. There back up help is amazing for any troubleshooting we have needed. I will be purchasing all my CCTV equipment from these guys. Electrician for over 25yrs - this level of service is rare so top marks.

Helped solve a firmware related issue without any hesitation and very responsive when we had any other queries.
If you are not looking to recover the VAT, then these guys offer competitive prices and I would definitely use again.

My order didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive. I chased up a link in the email to see tracking info said DPD had tried to deliver twice and gave times. I have Ring and a separate CCTV system. No delivery was attempted at these times. I have a parcel safe place but, after chasing up twice over three days on email, this retailer says they need a person to accept the item. This was not a condition of the sale and they stated this after the fact. It’s quite a prescriptive boiler plate type email. The tracking shows it was returned on 6 September. It is now 10 September and they still have not dispatched it. I am writing to cancel.
Update: Following this review I received an email from a different person at the store with much different tone. They apologised for the shipping error and sent it out two days later with instructions for safe place. All good now.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Sorry to hear that it wasn’t as you expected.
Since the products we sell are high value items, we have measures in place to make sure there is no compromise at any stage of the process. This includes strict shipments criteria and no safe place unless specified by the customer.
I’d like to take this opportunity and apologise for the mistakes our courier partner made - we’re equally befuddled by their conduct. We’ll be raising this with DPD to make sure this doesn’t happened again.
I can see that we sent another shipment out even before the original was delivered back to us and it was delivered to your designated safe place the next day.
Please let us know how the install went.
Lastly, hoping that you’re happy with the resolution and will give us another chance to make it up for your next security project.
