Went to West City as a support person for a friend who is quite shy. Alex made her feel relaxed and well looked after. A few weeks down the track and her skin is looking amazing. Am going to have to book for myself soon. Thank you for taking such good care of us Alex you're amazing!

From the beginning, Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable. Sarah ran me through the different treatments available and helped me pick out the one that would be right for my skin. This was the first time I had ever undertaken any form of skin treatment. Sarah was very cautious throughout each session, and kept me well informed every step of the way. My skin became noticeably healthier and made me feel so much more comfortable with my own appearance. Sarah also gave me great product recommendations and guidance so that I would be able to start my own skin routine.

I started going to The cosmetic clinic in ponsonby and my Laser has been so good! Trancy and Tori are doing such an amazing job!!! they ask me questions about it, are really calm and helpful.

I had a great experience with Harjit, she did my microdermabrasion. It was the first time I had it done. She was very professional and friendly explaining every part of the procedure as she went along. I felt very comfortable and happy with the experience and outcome.

I have been attending the Howick cosmetic clinic with some very poor results. On contacting management I was offered 6 free treatments. I have had 4 of these, still with no changes. I have been waiting for an appointment for the next treatment but hadn't heard from them, so I called in today to see what was happening to find the shop completely empty. Not a single phone call to let me know they were shutting shop. No signage or explanation on the shop window.

Do not trust the laser hair removal. Trust me - be wise and invest elsewhere such as Caci.

Please think twice before going to this place , I had an awful experience. I hardly had any hairs on my face I did a big mistake , now after 15 sittings I have thick long black hairs on my face . Thanks to cosmetic clinic😡 they do nothing but cheat customers for 7 sittings I could feel just few clicks on face here and there n they say done , within 5 days my hairs start to grow. When I complained about it, after 7 sittings then manager gave me 3 extra sittings, after that they started doing it properly . Now I’m getting it done by somewhere else n u can feel the difference , they do it all over the face , when I confronted the lady their that I have seen it on many videos how they cover whole face , she replied everyone has different machine SERIOUSLY??? You don’t have to buy any kit from them either it is a scam. The place I go now they never ask me to buy any product. Thanks to cosmetic clinic now I hv to laser my face every four weeks as the hair has become very long after laser! The cosmetic clinic ask me to give them five stars n they will give me free light treatment. Nah ! I won’t I think there are lot women out there who look for change with their hard earn money. I don’t want anyone to spend so much money for cheating. BE AWARE. ! It is my personal experience with this fraud clinic .
