They dont mention , we need to buy several products when we book for treatment, during treatment they push to buy, and if you refuse to buy, they said they wont do your treatment.

Need to go under fair trading act.
They are ripping off people

Rodin made my first time experience with laser hair removal a breeeeeeeeeeeze. Absolute top tier service, she continued to make sure I was comfortable and ok throughout my appointment. Go to the botany branch and ask for Rodin/Dahns! She’s got you!!!!!!

Love the staff as they are always smiling and it makes me smile back. The ambiance of the store is always refreshing and relaxing

Did a laser treatment on my arms in the botany clinic with Sophie. She asked questions to understand important info before starting the treatment as well as explained after care to me. She was friendly and bubbly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process

I went for 10-step microdermabrasion with Grace and saw no results, not even 1% better. Later, Grace sold me some serums and moisturizer for $189. I noticed those were very old; even the writing had vanished on the bottles. I went to the store at Glenfield Mall and met with the rude manager. She continuously denied that these are old products. I had to leave as she was arguing badly. It was the worst experience ever.

Grace the dermal technician was very good. She laser treated the red facial veins efficiently with professional care. Thank you.

I was told that 3-4 laser treatments would remove my pigmentation on my face by the staff at the Cosmetic Clinic at the Riccarton Mall in Christchurch. I have had 3 treatments and there is minimal change and I now have 3 different skin colours on my skin. I questioned this and was told it would improve over the next 4 weeks and I couldn’t have a 4th treatment because it was getting too close to summer. That was the beginning of September. Summer was still 3 months away. I am very disappointed with the treatment and the service I received. I would recommend going to a more honest and reliable company.

Got uv damage on face after teeth whitening despite telling technician that I was sphotosensitive and asking to discontinue the procedure as the uv light was shining in my face.
The technician did eventually take my concerns on board but my face was not fully protected.

I paid for cosmetic injections Botox one month later no results I believe they dilute the Botox ir you don't receive the units you pay for

So terrible and inexperienced. I've been there twice before and wanted the same thing again. I messaged and ended up calling after not receiving a reply. I was booked in and verbally discussed with her what I was after (so now discussed on top of what's on record), only to be told when I arrived that she couldn't do it. After that, I left and was messaged saying, "You missed your appointment." I worked my day around that appointment because I work in the evenings. What a waste of time and gas! It was really annoying being messaged and told I missed the appointment too. Who is managing the place? And I was told I can't get a refund on the needling I've already paid for, even though I now don't trust that they have experienced people there. I would not recommend them.

The most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to - cosmetic clinic bay fair . Staff were inexperienced.
There system “lost track of my account” when they changed computer systems and services I had paid for “vanished”.
Honesty and integrity missing from this company.
Terrible management.

My visit to the clinic turned into a relentless session of mlm-style aggressive upselling. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being bombarded with high-pressure sales tactics, trying to push me into buying additional services and products.

It felt like the sole purpose of me being there was for the therapists to earn as much commission as possible.

It was bad during the consultation, and got even worse during the procedure. While lying there, captive in the hands of the therapist, I was subjected to a relentless barrage of sales pitches about all the additional things I should buy from them.

I don't know how well their treatments/products work, but I will certainly not be supporting a clinic that subjects its customers to such intrusive and disrespectful approach.

I had laser treatment for pigmentation with Amy. Her practice was very calming and reassuring and the results have been exceptional.
I was made to feel welcomed by the clinic, who are both professional and friendly. Highly recommend Amy for her beautiful manner and skills.

I go to the Glenfield Mall branch and am very happy with the treatments and services. I got the package and so far Grace never fails to deliver. Highly recommended.

Yash at the cosmetic clinic at Glenfield mall is AMAZING!! Always helps me with my skin concerns where I’ve noticed a difference with the face treatments I’ve done and also laser. Always so kind and looks out for your best interest. Definitely the only person I use for EVERY treatment I do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her 😍🙌🙌

If I can put zero stars here I would. Avoid this clinic because they give ZERO sympathy. i think Emma forgot that clients go to this clinic because we’ve got issues, we’ve got insecurities, we want to feel better and look better. We want to be treated better. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY of forfeiting your money if you missed 11 minutes. I get that I was late and I apologies 6x but plainly and rudely telling me that as soon as I walk in, did not even ask how am I when I arrive there catching my breath and straight telling me you are late on your face, you forfeit your prepaid session. You just have to book another month, there’s nothing we can do for you and it is the system who’s redeeming your unused session and won’t give you any alternatives nor sympathy to here you out. I was given the poorest customer service and left with no option but to leave the clinic because I felt i was looked down and treated badly. I was told to talk to the CEO of the Cosmetic Clinic straight.AVOID FIVE MILE COSMETIC CLINIC. They are posting a lot of promos but they do not have availability anyway, it is a tactic.Don’t fall into it. YOU WILL PAY THEM UPRONT and will give you the poorest customer service. I wrote it all here for you Emma THE owner, since you don’t bother listening to me or hearing me out.You forgot that I PAID YOU for my package upfront, you did not pay me to treat me like a rubbish.

Despite a mix up with my appointment, the Botany Manager was so lovely and professional with my concern.
Dasha gave me a beautiful treatment and was professional and absolutely lovely too.

I tried rf microneedling with sian, unfortunately my treatment left me with a slight indentation to my cheek and a hairline scar across my face, also a few other marks. The treatment was horrendous - left me so sore swollen, I was not prepared for what you have to go through after having this treatment. I'm hoping I will be able to have something done to correct the damage that has been caused.

My advice to anyone trying rf microneedling would be to stay away from beauty salons and get this proceedure by a doctor not a beautician. This is definitely a proceedure to be carried out in a medical center not a beauty salon.
