I have been going to the Bayfair clinic for a number of years and felt I had to express how wonderful each and every one of my treatments have been. There has never been an occasion to complain or mistrust any of the staff when they have advised me on products. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I recently had my first consultation for acne scar and marks treatment, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The consultant suggested microdermabrasion as a solution, but I was under the impression that I would be receiving micro-needling instead. I was very clear that I am looking for Acne Scar treatment. Additionally, they sold me $500 worth of products for skin prep, which I later realized were unnecessary for microdermabrasion. The lack of transparency in their recommendations left me feeling deceived and unsatisfied with the overall experience.

Anne at Porirua Cosmetic Clinic is absolutely amazing! She's skilled, attentive, and really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her services! 😄👍

I can't speak highly enough of Nikki from WestCity Mall branch. Nikki is just amazing. She genuinely cares about her clients has fantastic customer service. I had an amazing experience today at the cosmetic clinic in Botany. Vivienne was fantastic, I didn’t feel rushed and felt well cared for. Thank you so much Vivienne, I look forward to seeing you next time.

Today, I had a 16:30 appointment at Westfield Manukau. However, upon arriving on time, I was informed that they were unable to assist me due to the nurse being off sick. I expressed my disappointment to the receptionist, questioning why I hadn't been informed beforehand. It was disconcerting to hear that they had forgotten to notify me, especially considering that I had to leave work early and endure an hour of traffic to make it to the appointment. Later, I received a call from Izzy, one of the therapists, who claimed to have tried contacting me but encountered issues. This struck me as peculiar since I had received a confirmation call at 10:32, but no further communication. When I asked for clarification, Izzy explained that the call went straight to voicemail and then abruptly disconnected. I inquired why she hadn't left a voicemail, to which she replied that the call simply went dead. When I suggested she could have tried calling again, she mentioned having other clients to attend to, leaving me unsure if all clients were treated equally. Throughout the interaction, no apologies were offered. I strongly believe that a simple phone call, text message, or email could have been sent to inform me of the situation. I had taken time off work, endured an hour-long commute each way, and invested my valuable time in this appointment. While I understand that everyone can fall ill, it is only common decency to inform clients and respect their time.

Today I had my second teeth whitening UV treatment at Manukau cosmetic clinic with a lovely young lady Chloe. She created a great and safe environment with lots of care. Her care was person centred . The treatment is a long one but she stayed in the room for a whole time to make sure I was alright.
She explained the whole process and after care as well.

I had a wonderful experience with Pankti. She is doing my laser treatment since last one year. I am getting my treatments since last two years but I can see an amazing results in first hand when I was treated by Pankti. She is the one who bring me on a track to solve my laser problems. She always guide me in a right way related to my treatment and enlighten me with precise information.
However, Pankti is soooooooooooooo friendly, I always feel very comfortable with her, whenever I go to the clinic she does warmly welcome with a cute smile. I don’t have enough words to express how happy i am after being served by Pankti. She is pro active among all staff members. I always enjoy my treatment with her.

Hi, I would like to make a complaint. I went to the store in Bayfair and I was booked in for lip fillers. You normally charge a $50 deposit but in store I paid $150 cash to a girl called Caitlin. They never told me that I was not allowed children inside the room, but anyhow I was minus my whole $150 instead of just cancelling my $50 deposit. Originally when I spoke to the lady she was rude. I told the store that you guys can deduct the $50 charge that I paid you but at least give my hundred dollars back they refuse to and they said that I had cancelled two appointments that they were allowed to deduct the full amount but when I called to cancel my first appointment, I told the lady if you want to deduct the $50 you may do so, but the lady at the time on the phone said no that’s fine. We will do it as a one off this time so the second time I came in for my appointment and I bought my child with me. They said like we cannot do it. Do you have to find someone to hold your child I said I don’t have anyone but that’s okay you can deduct the $50 and give my other money back, but they argued with me and they said no we cant they said they said they cannot give back just 50 they have to minus the 150 it was a real shame going into your store. I have never had any problems as I have done lip fillers with Hamilton and Auckland stores. No one has ever put me into a place like how Tauranga Bayfair store has
Kristy ren think was the girls name who was so rude and speaking in a very bad manner. No customer service respect at all. Because i am indian they were laughing at me. Expesically Kirsty. They also told me that if I want the hundred dollars back that I have to rebook an appointment with them for another day but I told in that I don’t want to rebook just keep my $50 and give back my 100 they said no we cannot do that you have to book for an appointment or we don’t give your money back. I also told them that I am going to Hamilton and if they can transfer the hundred dollars to them as a credit that will be good. They said no we cannot do that either. Kirsty was speaking very rude as I’m in Indian ethnic, she was making fun of me and was so rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. I want someone to give me a call on my number 02 7777 6417. The store is so money hungry. All they could think about is getting their sales up. They do not care about customer service, only caring about their professional rankings. I’ve also worked in customer service and if a customer is not happy we try our best to help them, but the store was only caring about their appointments money that they were gonna be making Thank you

I had a high performance microdermabrasion by Ebony in the Invercargill clinic. I couldn't rate her highly enough! She was relaxed but professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. My skin felt aaaaaaaamazing afterwards. I can't wait to come back for more!

Cass is excellent at making the laser experience very calm. She talks you through the steps and makes you feel at ease.

The 2 staff at bayfair cosmetic clinic are horrible, Shanorey and charolotte. I have been going to the Clinic for a year and a half no issues the staff I've had were absolutely amazing. But the 2 listed above I recommend not using the bayfair clinic, customer service is poor not to mention rude! Felt like I got bullied. Not happy at all

I have been going here since they opened and I must say Cass and Terau are excellent at their jobs and make you feel welcome. It is always nice to walk in through the doors to a bright and energetic receptionist who always has a smile. Terau is a great consultant who takes the time out to explain what you need and why. There is no pressure to commit and you walk out knowing a little more about the products and the clinic itself. Thank you ladies.

Kirsty at Bayfair was unprofessional, rude & abrupt & left me feeling very upset by her manner. She is a most unpleasant women to communicate with. I would highly recommend avoiding Kirsty for treatment as her management of patients is uncaring, disinterested & lacks personal attention to detail...Kirsty is everything that a client would not expect after visiting the cosmetic clinic.

If you are getting anti wrinkle done at Bayfair I do NOT recommend going to Kirsty. I specifically asked her not to treat a certain area & she completely ignored my request.
I also told her “less Dysport is better” for my required results, but she then tried to up sell me to a more expensive Dysport package which contains more units.
Consequently she injected product into areas where I didn’t want it.
I’ve been getting anti wrinkle done for 13 years & my treatments done last week look revolting at 7 days.
I am extremely disappointed.
Usually I look refreshed & see a great improvement to my appearance after 7 days.
Sarah on the other hand is FANTASTIC!! So I will only go back to Bayfair to see her...
