I made an error when ordering, I contacted the support team who went above and beyond to help! And my order arrived a day before estimated delivery and was exactly as described! Very very highly recommended 👍🏻

I initially scored 1 star for my review because I bought a gift to be delivered on Wednesday 1st November. Firstly it was delayed, secondly it never turned up on the day it was supposed to. Only once I had got in touch with the delivery company directly did I receive information and apparently it was going to be redelivered almost a week after the date it was supposed to arrive. Then I heard nothing about the redelivery attempt when I was told that they would be in touch by 10am the following day. Only once I checked their delivery company which is EVRI did I find out that it was somehow damaged beyond repair and I had no response when emailing food market directly twice. The first 2 times were the email address hello@thefoodmarket which was on my order email to use if I had any queries or concerns with my order. The third time I looked on the actual website and found another email address which was support@thefoodmarket.
To be fair to the food market they responded to that 3rd email the morning after and were very polite and apologetic. They said they would also look into the other emails that I had sent with IT as they said they hadn't received them. It was then delivered the following day. If you do have any issues I'd make sure you use the support@thefoodmarket email rather than the one on your order confirmation.
They also were great after the delivery was resent in keeping me updated with my order.
I did find it a little cheeky that they asked me to change my review before I had received my package and I said I was happy to do so once I had got the delivery but that I was entitled to post an honest review. The package was very much appreciated once it was received and they said it was great even if it was 8 days late. Special thanks to Angie that sorted it out.

Had issues with the company delivering my parcel - nothing to do with the Food Market or the supplier. The Food Market responded promptly to emails and organised a replacement delivery with a different courier what arrived within 24 hours. I could not have asked for a better or quicker response.

Everything about my FoodMarket purchase exceeded expectations, from ordering through to tasting.
