I was really happy with my experience. I ordered a range of Italian food items and the postage cost was very reasonable and the items were excellent quality. When I had a minor issue, I contacted the support team and Angie (and the trader) incredibly quickly responded and sorted it out. I was really impressed with the customer service and quality of the items. Thanks so much

What great customer service, one if the containers if the curry spices was broken despite impressive looking packaging, but Angie has been excellent in organising a replacement even to the extent of chasing me for the photographic evidence required when I was a bit slow providing it. Best customer experience I have experienced for a long time

The Food Market is a delightful place to find unusual items that cannot be found on the high street. The staff are friendly and helpful and make browsing and shopping so easy.

Issue with order being delayed by over a week and once contacted they arranged with distributor to send out next day delivery(just in time for christmas). Mistakes happen but couldn't complain with solution offered. Great customer service team!

Ordered from Lymn Bank Farm via the food market.I would have expected being a food item it to be next day delivery. Delivery shipped Monday arrival meant to be by Wednesday.I spoke to lymn direct twice and found them to be quite abrupt.I needed the order for Thursday again promised it would arrive it didn't. I was told i had to refuse delivery to get a refund .So I had to arrange yet another person to wait in just so i could get a refund. It finally arrived on the Friday having been in several depots un refrigerated and arrived in what appeared to be an un refrigerated van.Delivery refused but I then had to get a chargeback on my debit card the refund didn't arrive despite the food market informing me they had a notification from the merchant to refund.

Literally the worst service ever! Ordered Xmas gifts for my team with express delivery however it took 10 days to be delivered even though it said it was out for delivery every day. Had to give half my team gifts as they did not arrive in time. They don't respond to emails for days if they even respond, you can't call them and the chatbot is infuriating. Honestly couldn't pay me to shop with them again!!!

Terrible experience. Terrible communication, I tried to chase my order on 17th December that was placed on the 11th December, as i paid for it to be delivered on 21st December. I has to chase for days before I received a response of them telling me to wait for it to be dispatched and that it would be delayed. No apologies, no further communication from them despite me continuing chasing them. I continued to email and request that my order was cancelled and I get a refund as I had to arrange a replacement gift. They finally responded as 12am on 22nd December, after it was supposed to arrive and still hadn't been dispatched, telling me my order would be cancelled and I would get a refund. Then I get an email at 4pm that my order was dispatched. I tried calling them but no answer and no response to my emails. I'm now fighting for a refund from this terrible company.

Do not waste your time or money on this company.

I have e mailed the food market 3 times with no response about an order placed and paid for in November to be delivered this week for Christmas. Usual tracking says item sold out and no response to queries no refund from the company and chat line became closed - UPDATE, Foodmarket have replied offering a full refund and an apology, the issue seems to be with the Chuckling Cheese company who take orders they can not accommodate-I should have read their reviews before ordering

Placed an order for some beer difficult to get else where as a Christmas gift for a loved one. After parcel went amiss the company went out of their way to make sure I received my order in time for Christmas.

I ordered 3 hampers for Christmas presents, all were delivered on time with fantastic communication from the delivery company. Although I haven't seen the hampers myself, all 3 recipients have told me how wonderful they are. I would highly recommend this company

I ordered Irish Porter Cheddar cheese and specifically requested an expiry date after Christmas, however, it expires way before Christmas. It also doesn’t look authentic and not the same as photo on their website! I emailed them and still haven’t had a reply. £32+ I spent is a total waste of money. I won’t be ordering again! The cheese company is based in Brighton with no contact details!! BEWARE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!

This company is very pro active and their customer service is exceptional. I didn't even notice that the quantity of the cheese that I received was less than the amount I placed. They reached out to me and informed me of this and gave me a number of options as a result of the lack of stock. They'll be sending me the rest of my order when it's back in stock. Brilliant Customer care, highly recommend this company.
